Cloud City Ice Cream

Really good ice cream. My daughter (4) likes the unicorn flavor. My son (10) loves that there are so many gluten free options. Water Avenue Coffee ice cream is solid. Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel is rich (but not salty enough).

Delicious ice cream, both the dairy and vegan ones! Generally less busy (or shorter lines) than Salt & Straw but I’d say just as good. Also, free birthday treats :)

I knew strait away when I moved to portland that I loved this place. It has GREAT staff and amazing ice cream. I am never choosing a different ice cream place to eat. They have a huge variety of ice creams. They also have gluten free ice cream. The staff makes fresh cones. One time my cone was still warm! They have a modern feel to the inside. And amazing chalkboard art as well. The customers that come and go around there are pretty nice. I usually get a split scoop on a cone. I'd recommend sea salt cookie dough with cookies and cream. They also have free water. The staff ranges through teen to like the age 30 or 20. So don't worry about any cranky old people! All in all I really recommend this place. Pictures below ⬇️⬇️

Best ice cream! Wish they were better staffed after kids sports games- week day evenings and some weekend afternoons. Quality treats that are worth the wait.

Good ice cream, original flavors and twists on the old standards. Get the dark chocolate sea salt caramel, gold digger (chocolate peanut butter) or the Bourbon Vanilla. Only complaint was slower service today. Only one person working, and with the very nice sunny January day, everyone wanted ice cream!
