CLUCK is a mobile food trailer serving up authentic southern comfort food. CLUCK specializes in hand breaded chicken fingers, hand cut French fries, Texas toast with garlic infused butter, and several different dipping sauces.
Rachael Tremaine is the owner and mastermind behind CLUCK’s concept and she is a true southern belle, native of Auburn, Alabama.
Hand breaded chicken fingers and hand cut fries are some of her personal favorites. Other menu items include; CLUCK’s chicken sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich, deep fried mac & cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches,wings, blackened chicken tacos, homemade zesty pickles, and whatever else Rachael decides to make. The menu changes from time to time.
