I love that they have so many beauty and hair products from niche brands and upscale brands. There is a wide variety. Products are a bit too expensive for what it is worth and staff is not too helpful but products are worth going.

On our first trip to NYC my mother and I stayed at a lovely hotel in Manhattan. In our toiletries the hotel provided to its guest the C.O.Bigelow lotion. My mother fell in love with the lavender /Peppermint lotion. Unfortunately, we ran out of time to visit your store. Last Christmas, I ordered your lotion! It was a lovely surprise for my mother not to mention the wonderful memories of our trip! Thank you for such a wonderful Product! Can’t wait to visit your store next time!

I absolutely love their line of products! I was first introduced to them many years ago at Bath & Body Works. The Mentha Vitamin Body Wash and Lemon Hand Wash were the only items I would ever buy from that store. They could never keep it in stock so I started ordering them online directly from the source. Unfortunately, they have temporarily discontinued my favorite body wash for at least a year maybe more. It kind of forced me to check out more of their body washes. So far, my favorite scents have been musk, eucalyptus, and bay rum. They've been good replacements. Also, the Lotio Mentholus is great for dry skin. It's soothing and relaxing, and has a great scent. I've never actually visited the store in NYC, but I wish they would branch out. I'd definitely seek it out if I ever go back to New York. They appear to have more products than what I've seen online. The ones I've tried are always reliable and have withstood the test of time. They are very gentle on sensitive skin. Their fragrances are relaxing. I'll continue to order them from their online store. I also hope they bring back my favorite Mentha Vitamin Body Wash soon. It has certainly been missed.

Yes it has amazing make-up and perfumes and fabulous grooming items from all over the world but what I love most about CO Bigelows is there meticulous pharmacy. They do compounds and mixtures that the large chains cannot. My youngest child is 25 and they got me through all my pregnancies and children's ailments. I feel blessed to have Bigelows in our lives.

Bigelow Chemists was operating before there were any large chain store drug stores! Im guessing that C.O. Bigelow’s has been in business for possibly two hundred years. I just checked and it is actually the oldest drug store in NYC! And it has EVERYTHING you coukd possibly want!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon Staying at the Fountain Bleau Resort, we purchased products from this co. which we never tried before. Their products are amazing. Clean, nice smell, very gentle on your skin. I purchased the Musk body lotion which is amazing. I can even use it on my face that's how pure this product is. I ordered more including a bottle of their womans cologne to try Elixir Blue. I would highly recommend! Especially if your skin is sensitive to chemicals and strong smells. This product is very light and non greasy.

Beautiful old pharmacy that takes you back in time. I recommend the lovely smelling menthol bath soak.

Their products are outstanding; their in-house customer service has always been kind, courteous and professional.
