Co-Cool Smoothie & Bubble Tea

Mango bubble tea is good... Guess they don't have non milk version. It's in the mall in lower level.

The staff are very cool and professional. Also the drinks are very delicious and appealing to the eye. I totally recommend this place to any person that walks through the mall doors. I recommend that you try the matcha bubble tea with boba.

Althought I can say the tea tasted well, it is rather unfortunate that they do not have gluten free bubble tea options. Because of that, most of my family can't order from here.

This is the best bubble tea I have ever had & the guy who serves me is always so kind & friendly! I always get the original flavour & I love it. A trip to the mall is not complete without bubble tea at Co-Cool! :D

Got Thai tea bubble and pomagranate tea. Both pretty bad. Bubbles were undercooked, hard, and got stuck in the straw yes we used the big straw. Thai tea power was partially dissolved which was a big turn off. Fruit tea was way too fruity. Service was fast and friendly, the only reason why I didn't give 1 star.

I had an issue with a bug in my drink, and after leaving a review they contacted me and offered me a refund or a new drink. I was told it just happens from time to time and to make sure to either come back right away or contact them. I think I will wait a little while before going back to see if they fixed the problem.

The flavors for the bubble tea are awful. Everything is cheaply made with milk powder and flavored sugar powder, and it's a disgrace to call this bubble tea. There are so many amazing and authentic places out there, and this is not one of them.

There was a dead fly in my tea that I somehow managed to sip through my straw. Thank goodness I was paying attention and realized that it wasn’t a bubble and I didn’t swallow it. I called the number and was told to text instead. I have yet to to receive a text or call back or even an apology.

I really liked the flavor strawberry. I was sad there wasn't any mango but, the strawberry flavor was so good! The boba was big, round, and were really chewy. I recommend this place.
