Coach

My wife loves coach and I try to spoil her with a gift every now and then and on this visit I did just that but I didn't plan on it until I walked in this store and the lady that helped us was so nice and helpful. She did everything for us from opening the door to showing us stuff we wanted to see and even walking us to the door after we made our purchase.

If there’s a no star I would give them zero star! I went there and so ready to purchase that bag I wanted so bad and no one bother to help me if I needed something like foreal all the workers are men standing around only greeted people coming inside and I was there inside in those chair waiting for someone to help me to check out but no one bothers to come so I decided to just naah never mind I’ll just buy it online..Bought it online and picked it up and didn’t have chance to check the entire bag cuz I’m rushing..Now something wrong with the bag and ai have to go there for a 3rd times and still couldn’t process the exchange cuz the system don’t work that time and they said they need to go to a process like foreal I don’t understand cuz it’s only to give a new the same bag why I have to do the process of doing like a transaction again I bought it online picked up in store it’s just the same now I have to go back again cuz yeah system doesn’t work so hassle amd customer service is sucks..I feel like they only cater customers who dress nice or by looks that they can tell ooh this person have money…Some workers so judgemental by your appearance!

Rating for my wife, the Coach fanatic! In her words "Great selection of new Coach lines and good prices. Very friendly staff who directed us to Coach in the Ala Moana mall for engraving!" Would be a 5 star but that honor goes to Ala Moana location for the added engraving machine when you purchase Coach products.
