Absolutely fantastic company! Robert helped me pick out my treadmill out a few years ago. Very patient/kind and he got me the best deal. I love my treadmill. They had a Technician come back out to higher the deck a bit because my cat would jump down on the front park of the deck to get off the windowsill and then I heard this squeak when I was on the treadmill. The belt was hitting the deck as the belt that went around, from the cat making the deck go lower onto belt. It has worked great now. I just, after a yr or so, called Chuck, service man, cause I was concerned that my treadmill was going into incline program mode by itself. I do not use that. I also wanted to be sure it was turning off cause I was having issues. He just sent Camilo out today, August 9, 2022. Camilo is so kind. Explained everything to him. He checked everything out and kept it running to be sure the treadmill would not go into recline mode automatically. Turns out that I must have accidently hit the arrow. He showed me what to do to reset the treadmill to manual if that happens again. He was very patient; this company is very professional. The best! They also let you know when they are on their way to your house. Excellent customer service!! Very pleased with this company. I have also called down to their Orange County store too...to talk with Dan when I have run into a problem too. All very helpful.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is! I just had delivery of these products on Saturday. Professionalism from beginning to end and compassion! John has arranged for delivery across country for my daughter who cannot get a treadmill delivered to her in Iowa. I cannot think them enough for helping our family take care of our health.

My wife and I had been looking online at home gyms for several months as we have never had one before. Stopped by Coast Fitness in Riverside on a Saturday morning. Was very pleased to see a large selection of new and used equipment. Gentleman that assisted us was friendly, asked us questions about what we might be looking for, and then spent quite a bit of time showing us the models that most closely fit what we told him. We ended up going with the Tuff Stuff SXT-550 Premium "Hybrid" home gym. Financing was available as well. Got a call the next morning from the person that delivers and sets up the equipment. Scheduled the date and time that was convenient for our schedule. Super nice to have the gym delivered and set up by someone who knows what they are doing. I saw the instructions and the mass amount of parts and was so glad we went this route. Our top criteria for the gym was ease of use and this gym is just that. Making adjustments as you move from exercise to exercise is super easy and quick. I would recommend Coast Fitness to anyone looking to purchase home workout equipment. Prices were in line with what we had seen online and you can't beat having the brick-n-mortar store you can go to and talk to someone if you have questions.

Its a pretty easy to find location and there is a good sized showroom with a lot of equipment to see and try out. I went for a recumbent bike and they had 8 in stock. these aren't cheap Amazon specials, they are built to last. I called and asked a lot of questions. Paul was informative and helpful, so call then go visit.

Called for a quote on a Truefitness treadmill earlier this week, got everything installed the same Friday. Was so impressed at the level of customer service on the phone to delivery and installation that I visited their showroom onsite the following Saturday in Riverside. Again, amazing customer service. Paul took his time and gave me recommendations on a home gym. Bought the classic TuffStuff home gym the very same day. Will be coming back for more..!! Thank you, Coast Fitness..!!

Great selection of excercise equipment the salesperson his name was paul was very patient and really took his time explaining everything I bought a treadmill while i was there. I give this location two thumbs up.

This was the smoothest purchase of fitness equipment I've experienced. Delivered and assembled ahead of schedule, and the assembler, Fredo does a great job with a great attitude. I will continue to make purchases from Coast.
