I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. Motor-coaches late arrival - scheduled to arrive at 6:30a.m.- arrived at 7:20a.m. and departure- scheduled to depart at 4:45p.m.-departed at 5:20p.m. 2. Students, principal, teachers, parents, inconvenienced and upset due to the lateness of the arrival/departure of the buses 3. No USB ports/outlets; we were told they would be available on the buses (students were told to bring their chargers)- phones died and there was no way to contact parents to alert them of our late departure from Tennessee 4. Late arrival to the events in TN; therefore time for the attractions Shortened- Omitted one portion of Ruby Falls tour due to shortened time 5. Late departure from Tennessee due to two buses “getting lost” and were unable to meet at designated location- NO GPS on buses 6. Large side window was flapping on the bus- teacher had to hold the window in place 7. Leak from the ceiling of one of the buses (something green) dripped on student’s head 8. Motor-coaches do not have clearly marked or any notation of the name of the Motor-Coach company, yet ALL pictures in website gallery show clearly makes buses-this makes things difficult for the students to identify the buses. 9. Owner/driver told us he had purchased one of the buses the night before at 11:00 p.m.- he said he never checked if the interior amenities worked, yet he advertises that his buses have outlets, USB ports, TVs, DVD players and wifi- none of this worked= FALSE ADVERTISING; there was a Florida license plate- so, was it registered in Georgia? Had a safety inspection been conducted? 10. At one point en route to Tennessee, the bus purchased at 11:00p.m. the night before had S.O.S displayed on the dashboard.

Terrible experience. Nothing worked (TV, electrical outlets, wi fi), one 3'x 5' window kept flying open every time we took a corner because it would not latch. False advertising at it's finest! Showed up an hour late and then wanted to rush us to leave at the end. I would recommend that you never use this company. Wish I could give it negative stars.

If I could give this company a zero star, I would. They were an hour late to pickup--which is a problem when you are shuttling 200+ students to a field trip that is booked for tours at very specific times. The buses were barely functional. The wi-fi did not work. The outlets did not work. The TV's did not work. And, to top it all off there was green liquid dripping from one of the overhead AC vents (almost certain it was antifreeze). We rented 5 buses and every single bus lacked the amenities. I could understand if 1 bus of the 5 buses had an issue, but they all lacked the amenities and were just simply junk.

We hired Coast to Coast to take a group of middle schoolers to Tennessee. 1) the buses were one hour late arriving to Newnan after being provided an itinerary. There was no phone calls made to us explaining why. When trying to reach the numbers provided no one answered.2) the five buses we received DID NOT look like any of the buses from the website. None of the buses had the company logo. They appeared to be buses from the empty lot at an auction. The windows were nasty and the insides were torn on two out of the five buses. According to the owner , Willie Johnson, he had just purchased one of the buses the night before.3). The contract stated that we would have WiFi, DVD, and power outlets. Not true. Not one of the five buses had any. 4) the buses had no GPS so the drivers had no clue where we were going. 5) one of the buses’ window was loose and flopped in and out the entire trip which caused one of the teachers to hold the window down to keep it closed. 6) enroute back to school, one of the buses lost power and another one lost air. Very unprofessional, unorganized company. It appears as though the owner was driving one of the buses he never apologized nor offered any reimbursement for these issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was so disappointed especially after reading the reviews and viewing the website. This company also made a promise to compensate us for their negligence and that too was false.

After reading some of the previous reviews, we were sceptical about hiring this group but decided we would give them a try after speaking with Ms. Gloria about what services are offered. We were told exactly what our trip would include and what it would NOT include. We also asked a million questions (Sorry for that :) ) but we simply just like to make sure what we are getting into for our trips. The buses were on time, the AC worked just fine, and we did not have any issues with the DVD players on our buses. We were told that not all buses have dvd players and tv's and we were ok with that. I think it boils down to knowing what you are being offered. Great company, great trip, and we will be repeat customers!
