Bought a shirt. Found out the hard way- no returns! Had the receipt, never worn, tags on. Doesn't matter. Who does this now ? Go to WRV, 10x better.

Idk who she is but one of the girls there is extremely helpful and deserves a raise, the other workers are ok but she is a person that goes above and beyond and it definitely makes things easier.

Kaya was abundantly helpful in finding the right pairs of shoes and shades for my best friend. She stayed with us and made sure to check in, offering relevant recommendations and different options for us. We will definitely be back!

Horrible customer service. Wasn't greeted when we arrived. Employee was VERY put off when we asked the price of sunglasses that were inside of the locked glass case. When we asked if there was a pair that costs less than $180 she said "not reeeeeeallllllyyyyyyyyyy." There was a rack of $12.99 pairs five feet away. Gross.

The worst return policy of any store i wanted the money back on my card but i couldn’t because of the store policy terrible service I will never shop at the store again.

Absolutely the best customer service in any retail store I have personally experienced!! Heather was phenomenal along with everyone else in there!!
