What a great experience!!! I bought my first travel trailer last year from a competitor and talk about a night and day difference this time around. I decided to upgrade my trailer this year and from the for phone call through to after having it home and parked, it has been an incredible experience. Everyone at Camping World has been kind, welcoming, helpful, and made me feel like my needs, and my business, were important. Never once did I feel pressured, or treated like a “sale”. They listened to me, what I needed, what I wanted and then helped make it happen. Bridgette my sales woman is incredible. And the young man who did my walk through was so knowledgeable and funny! What he didn’t know, he got me answers before I left the lot!! All-in-all I couldn’t be happier with my new camper and with the whole buying process. Thank you to everyone at Camping World in Hugo for making the whole experience positive and exciting!! You’ve definitely got a customer for life!!
I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Camping World in Hugo, Minnesota. Our sales person Bridget was amazing and walked us through the process. The entire team at this location was helpful. We bought a Coleman 17B and absolutely love it. This dealership location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You definitely get a sense of a smaller family owned operation versus a large corporation. I would definitely recommend Camping World in Hugo, MN. From start to finish, walking in the door to view campers, to the day we drove away with our new camper, the whole experience was very positive.
We purchased our new RV at Camping World of Hugo. Cody, our sales rep, did an awesome job helping us select the perfect RV! We had a few items needing adjustments, and the Service Department worked through the issues all under warranty and Jim our service rep was so helpful and responsive. From the receptionists, to the finance reps, sales reps, service reps and management, everyone worked to ensure our experience was awesome, and it was! We highly recommend Camping World if you’re in the market for an RV.
Great Place, great people. We knew what we wanted when we went in, but our sales rep, Stacey was awesome helping us through the process of buying our new camper. When we went in to pick it up, they showed us how to work everything in and outside of the trailer. They were really good at answering all of my questions and concerns. We definitely would recommend purchasing through them.
Steve was very helpful to us in finding a camper that we bought. He helped make the process go smoothly. Lexi was very thorough in explaining everything when we went through the camper. She answered all our questions and if she didn't know the answer, she went and found someone who did. Both of them were very professional, respectful and courteous to us. I would recommend both of them to help you choose a camper.
Working with Bridget at Camping World of Hugo was awesome! She listened to what we were looking for, showed us a lot of options and never pushed us for buying. She made us feel like family for the time we worked with her! Best purchase experience I have EVER had!!! Bridget was amazing and deserves most of the credit but everyone else was top shelf! General manager Dan gets a lot of credit for the staff training and morale, what a great welcoming atmosphere for your customers. I loved spending my money with Bridget and Camping World!!!
Needed a toilet flange and first they brought out pack that had bolts etc in it which I didn't need. Then the gal checked inventory a bit better and found just the flange which saved me a few bucks. The parts entrance is located under the stairs. Not very well marked. Very nice cozy interior to shop in.
I recently purchased my new used home on wheels, along with an enclosed trailer to haul my motorcycle, from Camping World of Hugo. Bridget was my sales gal and she was so friendly and helpful. She can really work for you at getting a good price for you. She's very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she's not afraid to ask someone who does. There were a couple of hiccups that came up after I drove it off the lot and I thought they should have been addressed prior to the sale. However, after talking with Dan, General Manager, he made it all right again. Travis, the service manager, was very helpful as well as Jim, the service tech assigned to me. I can't forget Nikki, the service appointment gal, because she was so sweet and showed such compassion and concern when I had a melt down over my problems. The folks at Camping World of Hugo are super real and want to help. I just had to tell them my issues. If I need an upgrade down the road I'll for sure head back to Camping World of Hugo. Amazing customer service from Camping world of Hugo. Bridget did an amazing job of helping us get everything done so we could take our yetti fish house home the same day and was super patient with us as we had our 2 small kids needing our attention also. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a camper or ice house!
