Disaster of epic proportions. Please use a different credit union or bank. When the name was SAC the customer service was great and the high yield checking was the cherry on top. Now the customer service has tanked. Be warned.
I really regret to put my trust in this bank. I wish that never happened to anyone.
Bank holds fraud loans, and will not help resolve them. they will not call me back
Was great when it was SAC when it switched to Cobalt everything went down hill. Very Highly Do-Not Recommend

Terrible customer service as well ! 31st & ames & old market locations are wonderful papillon should just close the doors!
