Bought a new Cobra Derringer and out of the box the hammer won't release. Apparently Cobra went out of business and the new company will not honor the lifetime warranty. So I was told to contact a local gunsmith to repair. Avoid Cobra firearms at all costs.
Ordered a part online. Got my confirmation invoice. Then NOTHING!! Emailed them asking why I haven't received my part. NOTHING!! Do NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!
They have a fantastic customer service team when you call in with questions. Their life-time warranty is very convenient; if there are any issues with your firearm they will fix it for free and in a timely manner. A great company if you are looking for protection that is also economical.
I've spoken with the Customer Service person a few times and she's such a nice person - a real sweetie! She makes it so nice because she's so attentive. You'll enjoy talking to her too.
