Coco's Coffee House

Feeling so happy to have this place in downtown Woodburn. Not only are they walking distance from where I work, but also from the library, city hall, St. Luke's, Chemeketa, Settlemeier Park and the pool. What I appreciate the most is that they actually serve real food there. I've been there a few times and so far, all the food has been actual food and is prepared while you wait, NOT freeze-dried, shipped in and microwaved to death. If you order food, it takes a few minutes more than Starbucks, would but its so close, the food is waaayy better and so far the service is super friendly. Totally worth a few extra minutes maybe 10 - 15 instead of 5 - 10 when they steam milk and slice fresh strawberries for my oatmeal right in front of me. Their prices are very reasonable too. It really felt less like going into a big coffee shop and more like going to my aunt's house for breakfast. Plus, it's in the new Metropolis center, so there's a fancy but not expensive fruit cup place and an asian food place in the same building. Yay!!

I have not had any thing to eat at coco's but the coffee is good, and there super nice. I like the atmosphere that is forming since they opened.
