Coda

We love Coda. There are some wonderful people living here. The most exceptional is John the Director of Concierge. He's professional, thoughtful, kind, incredibly caring and helpful, and goes out of his way to support the residents. He's one of the biggest reasons we've stayed here for 3+ years. Honestly, he feels like family to us. Management, please recognize him for his excellence.Additionally, we adore Luis the maintenance guy. I moved to Denver for work and had one day to find an apartment. A friend suggested that I check out Coda and I couldn’t have been more blessed. The apartments are beautiful, the building immaculate, the tenants lovely, and the staff excellent! I couldn’t possibly have asked for more. Many a summer weekend was spent by the pool barbecuing and getting sunburned, the building plans lots of fun events and Saturday yoga classes help to burn off the calories. I probably would have dies there if my company hadn’t transferred me. I couldn’t recommend it more highly and if move in say hi to John, the amazing, Concierge for me!

I have only been here for a week & will update this at the end of my lease. I moved to Denver from Scottsdale, Arizona for work relocation and toured several apartment complexes in Cherry Creek I had only ONE day to view 4 places, get photos, all the information, and make an informed decision within a week! Not only was it beyond stressful but time consuming trying to follow up on questions and get a lease signed in time. Bethany at the front desk SOLD me with her phenomenal wealth of area information and responsiveness through the entire process. Building seems to be quite, views are amazing, and the residents are extremely friendly so far. The only pitfall so far to living here is the fact I’m moving in Oct and they merely have a heated pool not a hot tub. Ok, not the end of the world I’ll use the tub.. however my tub was not cleaned properly and seems to be stained upon move in. I did put in a maintenance request which was promptly handled by a very nice maintenance guy however my tub is still stained a nasty yellow color at no fault to the maintenance guy since he tried his best… still not pleasant!

We toured the building the other day. The leasing manager, April, was simply outstanding. Polished, professional, talented, and a joy to work with. The building is very nice. I am sure that we will like it there. But there are a lot of nice buildings around. April was one of the key reasons why we decided to move to Coda. If she represents the quality of the coda employees in the building, I’m sure that we will love living there.

I relocated to Denver during the pandemic and had to sign a lease without ever physically seeing Coda. But the Coda team was very helpful & accommodating by sending me videos of available units, community details, and prompt responses to any questions. The building is well maintained, people are friendly, & great location! Everyone working here is very friendly & on top of things, especially Jon our concierge & the maintenance crew. Love Living at coda, and plan on renewing my lease. Highly recommend!

We are happy that we live here! Front desk Director John is exceptional--he feels like family to us. Fernando and Luis, the maintenance staff are excellent, timely, respectful and professional! This is place is safe, clean and attracts lovely people. Of course, no place is perfect, but this place is pretty great! Thank you CODA staff for consistently doing your best to meet resident's needs.

Renee has been amazing! She was very helpful and detailed during our apartment tour. I am excited to move in and enjoy more of Coda in Denver!

Downsizing from a single family home and moving into a high-rise community can be a challenging experience. The staff at Coda made our transition seamless. When we had a few minor tweaks that had to be made, they were completed immediately. Matt, our property manager and the staff at Coda have provided outstanding customer service and they are a real asset to the organization. We're looking forward to getting involved in the community activities and getting to know our neighbors.

PLEASE READ: The management and staff as of Jan 2021 is really great. Currently Nicole, Travis, Matt, and John. I lived there for 2 years. The features in the apartment are really nice. Your electric bill will be low because the appliances do not take up much energy. There is a gas stove for those who like to cook. The walls are done pretty well on the sides, but my neighbors were quiet too. The people living here are really kind and everyone is really great friends. The dogs are all really nice. We are the best of the both. The place is always really clean.the maintenance staff is amazing and they do a really great job. They will fix what they need to and leave the place cleaner than when they came in. There are two garages. One upper and one lower. I didn’t witness any problems in the upper garage, but the lower garage had the issues with people following someone in to steal bikes. The pool is more of a sitting pool. It’s not meant for swimming. The club house area and rooftop area is over all really nice. No hot-tub but the pool is heated year round. The gym is small, but the equipment is effective. Do not move underneath or beside the gym if you do not want the noise. Do not move next to the club room or under it either. There were a few issues that caused a bad odor to come in, but they had that fixed very quickly. I left in January, and the place only got better. They don’t have the amazing crazy features of Steele Creek or Saint Paul, but their prices reflect that. Coda has way better management and staff that actually cares and will do what they can to help you. Steele Creek does not have those people. Coda’s staff treats you like a customer and not a locked in contract. They also do not nickel and dime people on their deposit. I would recommend always taking pictures of the apartment of how you left it upon move out.

I have lived here for two years and I couldn’t be happier. I love my apartment and the experience of being in a community where I feel welcomed. I met the new manager April today and she was so welcoming and nice! I will be renewing my lease for years to come!
