Mr. Cohen is very quick reply, experience, knowledgeable lawyer. I have no complain about him in my first purchasing .Second purchasing, I had a problem with my agent and had to dealing with difficult situation.he seems like he doesn't want to involved any legal problem so he wasn't really my side of it. it understandable.

Max and his firm took a longer time than I feel was necessary to finalize the paperwork for our condo closing Feb 2017. He or his paralegal also kept forgetting to set up an appt regarding the lien and I had to remind him twice. His paralegal sent us a rude message telling us we had to be out of the condo by noon when they told us they wouldn't be handing over the keys to the new owner until 4-5 pm and we already dropped off a set of keys days before. She made us feel like criminals. Then when we found out we were sold a defective unit, Max's attitude towards us changed as he didn't want to deal with it since he made his money on us. While he offered to send a notification letter to the previous owner letting them know we would be demanding payment for deficiencies he neglected to disclose, when we followed up, Max ignored us going forward. This letter that he agreed to write would have taken him little time but would help us greatly with trying to recover our money. However, Max chose to ignore us since the letter would have produced a minimal income for him compared to what he made on us for closing costs. I do not recommend Max Cohen if you want efficient legal services and a lawyer who cares about your relationship, not just making money and moving on.

Mr. Max Cohen is one of the best lawyers I have encountered. Expert advice at a fair price. Mr. Cohen is a gentleman and a scholar. He was extremely efficient and accurate in preparing my documents for the closing transactions of my house's sale. I highly recommend him and his firm. It's a little tricky to find the office but there are signs, so keep a look-out.
