Rude staff members with bad attitudes and terrible communication. The facilities are drab & outdated and that just adds to the unpleasantness. There is very little accountability with all NYC health & hospitals but this one takes the cake.

Dr Amin The Phsyc Doctor Is Very Unprofessional And Extremely Nosey He Doesn't Communicate WELL with The residents

The heat is unbearable and extreme dust. Why is it not closed. Why does anyone especially patients have to live under those conditions. Where do we stand. Has osha and the joint commission examine and acknowledged its health safety.

Many people live in the hallways here. They may have unsettling appearances and a dark demeanor, asking for a light or offering lights, but remember that they are people too please, and your value is based on how you treat the brain damaged victims of circumstance.

This place sucks and once you ask for the nurse they never show upon time to clean the patient.
