Cold Stone Creamery

I go at least once a week and the crew always seem like they hate being there. They don't really put any speed into making the treats, BUT I must say Cold Stone has the best ice cream around. The owner seem like a good guy

The ice cream is great, however the girl working the counter made the wrong flavored smoothie and I tasted it and saw her put incorrect ingredients in it. I asked the manager who was also behind the counter if I could get a new correct one. The manager, Justin Turnquist, had the employee refuse to make me a new one. Overall one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in a store. Terrible manager and very poorly skilled employees.

I would have to say this is the sketchier of the two Cold Stone's in town.. There was only one person working, and when I went in there seemed to be a swarm of people following me. They didn't really have anything available? I know I originally asked for something like a strawberry cheesecake, easy enough, right? I thought it would just consist of cheesecake flavored custard, some strawberries and graham crackers. She listed something off for a cherry cheesecake and that she would just replace it with strawberries.. It had chocolate and all sorts of other things I didn't want. I told her I just wanted the three things but she didn't seem to grasp on to the concept.. I then asked for a mocha frappe which they had advertised on their menu board, supposedly that wasn't available yet, I ended up just getting a Oreo shake.. Then there was problems with the register.. It was one of those experiences where it was one thing after another. I usually have patience for these sort of things, and it was likely the employee not the company as a whole, but I was super annoyed. I will likely not be going back to this one.

My family and I went in last night, Friday, February 2, 2018. Simon was the only one working and the place was packed. He was as quick as could be and did an excellent job, good attitude and hard worker. Ice cream was excellent, of course!

The young guy working was extremely kind and patient.
