Normally I enjoy cold stone despite the prices. I asked for a regular coffee frappe, got a small with about 3/4 of it full and the test whip cream. There are ice chunks everywhere, blended horribly and slow service as well and not very friendly. I’m not the one to write bad reviews but cmon I don’t wanna be paying $5 for this if it’s half assed made.

The ice cream  here is always great, I love seeing all the many flavors. Today though all the ice cream is super soft. We tried to pick the flavors that looked solid, but we could not even get our mixtures in, it was even melting on the stone. The ice cream maker tried her best. Freezer is not freezing..     Ice cream soup.  Would normally be a 5 star.

i get that it was busy, but I stood in line for half an hour with multiple employees just standing around. they weren't very friendly either.

Ah yes, DELICIOUS ice cream! The prices are, frankly, less than reasonable, but if you happen to be a bajillionaire, I would highly recommend visiting your nearest Coldstone Creamery and ordeing the largest waffle cone full of cotton candy-flavoured ice cream with gummy bears mixed in. It's a delightful taste sensation!
