Prices have increased here! Smells so sugary in this place. Ice cream could have been a bit harder, melted pretty fast. Love the bday BOGO. Probably the only time I visit! Customer service is good also.

Always great when I go, but just fyi to check your waffle bowl isn't stale. Unfortunately my son and I were served stale waffle bowl!! First time at this location on Foothill in Upland, we usually go to the Ontario location on Mountain ave. but they were closed already...

This particular location is always great on Friday nights it’s usually younger kids but they act like they wanna work! Great ice cream kids love it

I like this place WAY better than the 1 in Victoria gardens! They know how to put the right amount of fixins' in the mixture and are not out of waffle cones. This is the only Cold Stone that does custom ice cream cakes. I just wonder how that works when it is a wedding cake!? YES, wedding cake sized ice cream cake!

Person in training made my Oreo over load full of chocolate chips. I gave it back said I didn't like it. Still charge me, no worries I'll never go back.

I paid eight dollars for a store-bought waffle cone and my Mix ins were not even mixed because she was too lazy to mix it in. My date was April 6,2021 at 4:20pm very disappointing for the price .

Great and fast service! I used my bogo birthday offer to treat myself to the aquaman and sweet cream mix with fruit. That was a definite winner and writing about this actually makes me want to go back for more. With its mouth-watering, secullant hints of cake based aquaman style filling - im forseeing a visit tomorrow to be honest. Yum! Well thanks Yelp. Ive made myself hungry for more cold stone.

I came for one topping. Snickers. They had 30 kit Kat bars. 30 twix bars. 50 heath bars. 30 reeses cups. 30 butter fingers. NO SNICKERS. so annoying to drive 20 minutes to be disappointed. The ice cream was good.
