Cold Stone Creamery

This is the worst cold stone I have ever been to. They are always “closed” on random days. On google it states the time they open, and time they close but it is never actually accurate. They also never have any flavors. Almost every time they don’t have what I want. It’s always slow, with just one employee in the front helping while someone stays in the back regardless of the length of the line. They are not moving like they are trying to serve the customer as timely as possible.

Wish I didn't have to leave a star. Was the WORST experience I have ever had. The guy serving us was so impolite. It's like he had somewhere else to be. That's one place I would NEVER spend my money again. I literally had to throw my ice cream away to the respond he gave me when I asked him why the cream was grainy. On top of that, we ensure to let him know that it was our first time being there. Never again!!!

I was at this location this week thursday. i got one scoop chocolate and one scoop butter pecan with roasted almonds in the medium size cup. Charge came up to $8 and change. And even though the server failed to give me a receipt, i know the charge because i checked my bank account immediately i left. Imagine how surprised i was to find that the charge had changed from $8 to $11+ TODAY saturday. Meaning this server gave himself a Tip on my card. Didn’t ask me if i wanted to add a tip or not. Just outright stole from my card. Yes its $3 and its not alot but it is Stealing and that is totally Unacceptable.

Did not fulfill a birthday cake order correctly. Was told to use purple icing in order to write the birthday wish but used a disgustingly neon green color instead. Was also melted and looked like a piece of dog slop mixed with greens. The male staff on duty was not friendly, placed the cake down far away on the counter and left before any complaints could be made about the cake color. I have heard many complaints about this staff member from other friends who have come to this place.

High prices, bad ice cream, and extremely poor customer service. The young man working Saturday night was incredibly disrespectful and made both me and my girlfriend feel bad for just being there. The milkshakes we got were much worse than any I have had at other Cold Stone locations, and much more expensive to boot. All the ice cream looked melted and weren’t labelled properly. Will not be returning.

The prices are more compare to other cold stone locations. The ice cream here taste so different like it is water out or it’s been frozen too long with a open lid. I’ve been here twice and both times the ice cream tasted off.

The manager/owner of this store treated me really badly. I tried to contact the store to cancel a cake that I ordered because on the Cold Stone Creamery website, it says that you may be able to cancel an order if you call the store as soon as possible. In response, the manager/owner sent me two EXTREMELY rude emails that didn't even entirely make sense. He/she claimed that they had already written "Happy Birthday" on the cake -- but when I went to pick it up, there was nothing written on it. Yeah, OK. I definitely won't do business with this store ever again.

I’ve been to this location maybe 5 or 6 times. Every time is only a less than Ok experience. There is always a long wait, and the worker always seems like he has an attitude. Also, I have come on multiple occasions and it’s been “closed,” despite being during their open times. This last time I went I got my usual items and the price was $31, which I normally pay $21. When I asked the worker he said, “prices went up.” Umm? My advice is hire someone who wants to work there.

Please update your hours on Google Maps. It says open until 11:00 pm on Saturday, but is closed when I arrived at 7:50 pm. Having read some other reviews since I posted this, the hours sign they have in the window seems pretty accurate, i.e. they have no scheduled hours.

The guy Jordan closed early and started turning customers away at 9:45pm. Was highly upset he eventually just turned the lights off while I was still inside.
