Cold Stone Creamery

We just had the small cup of coffee flavor. Small cup but it was full. The coffee flavor was creamy, not so sweet and so so good

Place is open and the worker told us they closed, however there were others walking after us and they welcomed them. Full of discrimination, won’t ever go there again. FYI this happened to other customers as well, this place is losing business just cause the workers hate their jobs.

Brenden was amazing he was so gentle with me and took his time making sure that i was satisfied and boy was i he has hands like a Greek god and he spoke to me with such confidence it made the ice cream melt but ill leave the rest to your imagination please make a trip and stop at cold stone for Brenden you'll leave VERY satisfied

The service here was terrible. The manager Brianna was extremely rude and disrespectful. She had a horrible attitude. The service was so bad I will never return to this location. Not what I expected from a Cold Stone experience.

this cold stone has always had good customer service, and has always been polite. Icecream is always fresh

Please fix your closing time. This states closes at 10:30pm but we got here at 10:07 and it was closed already.

Very dirty inside the store. Portion was smaller than at other locations. Wouldn’t go back.

The ice cream was beyond delicious. The staff was extra friendly. Covid restrictions were in place. They required a mask the whole time while inside the facility. They had a huge bottle of sanitizer at the register so you can clean your hands before enjoying your cup full of deliciousness. The lucky charms ice cream. Is a must have if you like the cereal. My favorite is the cheese cake ice cream with Graham crackers and strawberries and blue berries. Very delicious.

Horrible customer service. They had no samples, no spoons and everybody was just standing around talking. Not helping any other customers
