I would give a 5 star if it wasnt for the lazy employees who make a bad face when we order the bucket, which costs A LOT OF MONEY. One had the audacity to tell me the ice cream was too thick for her to make and she wasnt strong enough, thus, making a face when I said that I still wanted the ice cream. Other than that. The place is pretty good. New, CLEAN.

Love coldstone ice creams .. it’s so fresh and tasty .. especially love the strawberry ice cream with fresh berries . Service can be faster .. when it is crowded it takes a decent amount of time .. We also love the cake batter and coffeee ice creams .. my kids love the cheesecake and chocolate flavors . A little more expensive than regular ice creams but it’s worth it :

Front counter was dirty. Part of the ambience of cold stone is watching the blending of bowls, the employee entered my order in the register & told me I could wait at the front. I was the only customer My order was delicious as expected

PROS: Nice people at this location. They got my order right and timely. They made it to perfection as well. The line moved quickly which shows consistency on their part and everything was clean. CONS: The place is tiny and makes you squeeze in between the counter and glass wall. There's also no room to sit inside and they don't have tables outside like Starbucks does in the mall OVERALL: I'll come back to this place but don't expect to sit somewhere when you get your snack

I love Coldstones and apparently their reputation precedes them. Great customer service and pays attention to detail. This particular store has some good staff that enhance the experience and others seem overwhelmed. The weather changed, it’s spring break at the mall and the lines are incredibly long. I understand that with a small staff it challenging to get customers in and out within a decent time frame. This store definitely isn’t horrible but they need help. They need staff at the register handling funds so we don’t have to watch the same pair of gloves handle money and creation of our sweet treats. That was a turn off. The counters were also in disarray due to high volume of clients. Seeing messy environment makes the public uncomfortable. My group had children adamant about ice cream so we stayed. Staff were struggling to fulfill orders but did an okay job. One of my girls found a fly in her ice cream and it wasn’t on top. Made us wonder was this from outside or from within the store. If the store was maintained, people would not have to wonder. Please clean up this location. Please change your gloves and divide roles between staff. Thanks

So I've gone to multiple locations in New Jersey and I love them everytime. What has really grinded my gears is that I've never had a problem switching out toppings but today I was told they could only swap out one for free. I wanted bananas instead of strawberry and chocolate instead of caramel. Sorry but your inconsistency lost you a customer. Also lose the song, you all sound super sad.

I really enjoyed the place. It was clean and simple. Come in. Get the flavor and toppings you'd like. Buy. Leave. I got a really delicious ice cream. You can buy Cakes, Ice Cream and Shakes from here.

Brandon is such a great young man, he asked me how I had been and we chatted for a bit. Very sweet and excellent mixing, definitely recommend the ice cream and customer service! 10/10

I went over to this cold stones at my local mall and i wish i could give this place a 1 star but the reason i’m giving them a 4 is because of one employee. her name was Alise she helped me out so well and she made the BEST BEST ice cream everrr. Every other employee must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something idk. but she was straight forward and had a great attitude!

Service was fast. Got mint mint chocolate chip but it has no mint flavor
