On Dec. 8th. My husband took me out to eat for my birthday and after that went and got a scoop of strawberry ice cream in a paper cup and he got himself a float. The flavor was ok but my goodness, it was $16.00 for just these two items. Yes, I am aware of rising costs due to inflation but you will be losing customers just because it becomes cost prohibitive. Imagine a family with kids. I will never ever return. Too bad.

Wish the portions were a little bigger for the money but the ice cream is phenomenal. The service was great too. Employee was super nice. Will definitely be back.

I hate to give such a low rating because their ice cream is amazing. However, out of the last 6 times I've been there, only one of them I would consider to be a good experience. My most recent experience was the worst and is what prompted this review. I brought in a coupon for a buy one get one free like it, love it, or gotta have it. I asked for a gotta have it cake batter ice cream with Reece's cups and brownies. The girl who helped me couldn't remember my order so literally asked me to repeat it three times! Then when I order the second item she asked me what size. It was BOGO free so obviously the same size as the previous order. Then when she brought me up front I noticed what I ordered didn't have nearly as much as the other one I got did even though they were the same size. Usually when they don't get the amount right they fill the rest up with ice cream. Of course that didn't happen. When I got in the car I snapped some pictures before I started eating it omw home. As I was eating I noticed that apparently she forgot the brownies, despite me telling her four times!!! I literally think she was high. I smoke so I knew what was up. I will continue to come here for the ice cream, but am very VERY disappointed about the service I've gotten the last 5 out of 6 times.

Great experience, Fina was very helpful and made sure we were happy with our ice cream before we left! Definitely will come back next time I'm in town!

Always best burgers hands down, and customers service amazing as always. Love there secret menu a must try road kill fries, but when you ask for It just say "animal style fries and a flying Dutch man" all you need to do is put the flying Dutch man on top of the animal style fries and go to town. So delicious

As I stood in line watching the employees making ice cream I decided I didn’t want any ice cream. Every worker was ringing orders touching money then returning back to the ice cream to prepare another order. NO ONE washed their hands in between. No one is wearing a hair net. One guy scratched his scalp and rubbed his nose and went straight in for icecream. The young lady had these long nails that dipped in the ice cream every time she took a scoop. I was just disgusted and very disappointed because my kid and I really wanted some icecream.

I've been ordering custom ice cream cakes at this location for the past several years, even though it's not the closest store to me. I make a special trip at least once or twice a year for my husband and son's birthdays. I have always ordered with the same young man, I wish I knew his name...anyhow, he is always very friendly & comes around the counter with a clipboard to take my order and, even though he always jokes that his spelling is no good as he writes my order down, he has always gotten my order right. The cakes are always tender, flavorful, and ready to pick up on the date & time I specified when ordering. I don't recommend online ordering as I had a bad experience with that one year that the owner remedied, thankfully. The owner told me to order custom orders in store and since doing that, I haven't had any problems.

I drove 13 miles to get less than 2 scoops of icecream and paid $11. Over rated brand, for the same amount of $$$$ you can get much better value from your local grocery stores and taste 3-4 pints different kind of premium top shelf of Gelato all day loooong! Not coming back to COLD STONE shops again!

Tonight we went to this store and had an awful experience. Our 3 love its we ordered were inconsistent and made by the same boy. But the worst part was the blueberry banana smoothie we ordered. The boy struggled to make it and asked another worker how he should get ice because they didn't have any nor did they have any water to make ice. Health code violation to not have water in a food establishment! The worker told the boy making the smoothie to add more fruit to cancel out not having ice. So he added more bananas that were room temp on the counter and blueberries also at room temp on the counter. I'm not a rocket scientist but warm, room temp fruit doesn't replace ice. So the smoothie was warm and super liquidy. It was absolutely disgusting! We went back to ask for ice and the worker told us that they had none and he couldn't do anything about it unless we wanted him to put it in their fridge for a few minutes. Ummm no! You should have told me that you had no ice and I would have picked a different item, not a warm smoothie. After being dismissed by that worker who made it, we approached the worker that seemed to be acting like the shift leader or manager and she apologized and offered a refund. Beyond frustrating and disgusted and disappointing with the lack of communication, no ice and no water according to them. Do not waste your time going here. I hope management deals with this issue.

Not consistent whatsoever with orders being delivered. Pay a lot of money for this ice cream when in reality what we received tonight was like two scoops of ice cream in the large Gotta have it size with one cherry and maybe three marshmallows and it was just below the line can’t tell there was any peanut butter in 2 others I ordered. Very disappointed.
