Josephine was awesome!! So patient with us changing our minds and stayed sweet the whole time. The ice cream was omg DELICIOUS! I got the supermario bros limited cone in a bowl so good!

So I went in 12/12/20 and ordered a "Everybodys" in the Mario Super Birthday Blast signature creation THE TUB OF ICECREAM ON THE RIGHT SIDE The girl that took my order ran out of blue frosting so she went to the back and asked another employee to make her more, but once she got it she didn't add it to my ice-cream. *if I order a signature creation I expect to get a signature creation* when I got home I noticed it tasted diffrent and looked nothing like the Marios Super Birthday Blast creation so I gave the store a call and was able to speak to the manager. He was very nice and understanding, he said I can come by the store and he would have a remake ready for me to pick up, BUCKET ON THE RIGHT SIDE When I got to the store he was busy finishing up an order, but still managed to greet me : I told him we spoke on the phone and he said "Yes Karla !, here you go enjoy" he was very humble and went above and beyond with the blue icing ! I will be back , thanks again :

Went in to get a quart of ice cream but the ones taking the orders were doing other things when I got there took them a while to notice me than one person finally came up to me and asked me what I wanted I said I wanted a quart of ice cream she got it for me and asked me what I wanted like I know it comes with 4 toppings but she didn't want to put anything in I had to point it out and than they were all like yeah you are right on top of that they were wearing the headphones and touching the ice cream and not even washing there hands and than I checked my ice cream it was half way full. They didn't even offer me a bag left the outside of it very dirty. I had to go back they did fix it but they were just rude about it I was trying to be patient and understanding but overall not a good experience in this store I like cold stone but won't be coming back to this location bad service and dirty.

Very disappointed tonight. The store was filthy and service was slow. The girls tried to keep up and were pleasant. The working conditions and over all look of the store was the worst I have every seen. The smell of the lobby was of rotten food water. Don’t think I will come back.

Went in when it was Busy. We were acknowledged right away, for it being a busy time of the day. The young lady and gentleman were working great as a Team. There are plenty of flavors of Ice Cream and you can definitely customize all your toppings to your ice cream. They also have Frozen Ice Cream cakes to candles for Birthdays. You can also place a Special order in advance. You can pay cash or with your Credit Card. Overall we had a Great experience. Perfect treats for warm weather. horrible smell extremely rude employees don’t go here unless you wanna get sick

Came with my 10 year old to get 4 ice creams and Romina attended us. Lady with pink hair, very rude. I felt as if I was bothering this young lady. For every cup I ordered she tossed it on the counter right in front of her, I had to reach over to grab them. Romina does not have good customer service, Ice cream was delicious i just wish I felt more welcomed rather than bothering the EMPLOYEE that is getting PAID to do there job.

Expensive, but tasty. Good quality & seemingly fresh ingredients. To make my dollar stretch, I wanted to join their points program, but couldn't load it. The employees couldn't answer any questions or offer help on how to help. I think an employee should strive to know their own products. They're young & don't yet have an appreciation for their part in the company they work for. Mom enjoyed her bite pecan ice cream with pecans & walnuts. I enjoyed a banana caramel crunch.

Went to this cold stone and horrible I mean HORRIBLE service. The guy was very rude and pushy get this we my husband, my son and I were the only ones in the creamery. We felt very rushed and for what? We just walked out after we told the guy what we wanted what felt like three times. I’d suggest you just not go to this Cold Stone location.
