Cold Stone Creamery

I usually love Cold Stone but definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. I’ve ordered twice from door dash and both times the order was wrong.... /:

9.40pm on a Saturday, they say "Welcome to Cold stone we're closed". Never have I ever been turned down so curtly 20 minutes before closing. There were only 3 other people in line. Not cool.

One star for their bad customer service! Love their icecream but the girl working there on Friday night 10/23 was very rude. She got my order wrong after I had placed an online order. I noticed the bag was very light and as I was opening to check she yelled at me saying I couldn't open the bag. Wait what? Never apologized either.

Amazing ice cream. Staff need further training. I don't know why they don't wear gloves?

Order was wrong I got what they wanted me to have witch was 2 cake batter not 3 like I ordered 2 sweet cream and 2 double chocolate not 1 like I ordered!! Not what I ordered very unhappy

Terrible cusromer service! Th lack of comunication was disgusting! Will not order from this location again!

I suggest they have some smaller options for cups of ice cream due to the fact that some people are not large nor hungry enough to eat all of that ice cream!!
