We like going here, but they tend to mess up orders on occasion. Tonight I asked for whites chocolate chips in my ice cream. They put marshmallows in there instead. They also did not add double the chocolate shavings to my mother’s. Multiple occasions occurred where I ordered a like it size and got love it instead, as well.
Friendly service with a smile and the ice cream ain't too shabby either. We have always enjoyed a 'love it' or two at this Eden Prairie location. Notice the bowls in the photos are empty.

Being that this is close to the mall, it makes it an easy choice for catching desert with the kids or wrapping up a date night. The staff here are friendly and are knowledgeable about there flavors. Depending on the time of day you go, it can be busy.
Just went in and both the staff and one of the customers were not wearing masks. It's disappointing and didn't feel safe bringing my son in there.
Requested two ice cream flavors and was told they couldn't mix and was given a lame excuse as to why they couldn't. Ice cream was okay if you're close to MOA go to that one instead
