Visited in July of 2016, met with Susan Hall too look at properties in the area for our retirement relocation. Susan was amazing, very easy to get along with, easily read our personalities and knew what to show us and what to avoid. Never once was she pushy. Susan was extremely knowledgeable about all the properties she took us too. Will absolutely be doing business with Susan in the near future

I, as a first time homebuyer, was terrified of the process in the beginning. My adventure started in November of 2016 with the loan company who found my wonderful realtor, Kimi. She was flexible with the her schedule for the homes that I wanted to look at and didn't mind the time that I spent asking questions and looking at houses. She loves what she does! As of February 28th 2017 I closed on my first home. The process was so much easier due to Kimi Clements my realtor. She was on point and only had my best interests in mind. She always answered my phone calls or returned them in a timely manner. If I ever purchase another home or have someone ask me whom I used I will definitely tell them to go to Coldwell Banker and ask for Kimi Clements!

I dealt with Robert Binion about 8 years ago when purchasing a rental property for my kids to live in while attending college. Robert was a pleasure to deal with and helped me through the years when I needed work done on the property by referring good people to deal with. He always returned my calls promptly even after the sale was complete. For that reason I chose to deal with him when selling the property this year. He referred me to Charlie Adams, one of his associates. I am happy to say I received the same stellar service. Charlie was a big help and a pleasure to deal with. Coldwell Banker is outstanding. We have used them for the past 3 years for a few different houses. They are prompt in getting back to you, informative regarding the properties, & professional. I highly recommend using them. A++++++
