I decided to sign up for the real estate course offered in the winter to early spring session. So far it is very rewarding and have learned a lot. Great professor and classmates. If thinking of taking the class it's worth it to give Coldwell banker a shot. A small class size no more usually than 20. The time of the class that is offered is great for people in school or at work. Esecipally since it is twice a week from 6 to 9 15. Clean atmosphere. The teacher is excellant.

I have had mixed experience with Realtors both as a Seller and Buyer, but working to buy a house with Alicia Appling was VERY positive; she was an absolute pleasure to work with. From working with my schedule, to listening carefully to what my wife and I were looking for Alicia was fantastic. Very prompt, great follow through, very service oriented, and continued service above and beyond what I expect from a Realtor. From beginning to end all went smoothly. She did a beautiful job presenting houses inside and out. Any potential problems and suggestions for solutions were promptly communicated. I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

We worked with David Hadden and Amanda Taylor at Coldwell Banker and have nothing but good happy raving reviews! They made the home buying process as easy and fun! They are both down to earth and we never felt pressured or like we were given a hard sell. They navigated us through and helped us find our perfect house in a great neighborhood! Cant imagine what our experience would've been like with them!

Sureeta Raheem-El was our realtor, and from start to finish she made our home buying experience easier. She has excellent communication skills, followed up with us and replied to our texts and phone calls quickly. I've worked with other realtors who weren't responsive or took a couple of days to get back to me. Not so with Sureeta. I can't say enough positive things about her. She's friendly and understanding, and really understood our situation. I'm really glad we bought a home, but I'm sad that I won't be working with Sureeta anymore, at least until we buy our next home. :) Thank you, Sureeta!!!!!!!!!!
