Great shoe options for someone who needs a good looking and feeling professional shoe for work. Customer service was great. Sales associates are friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

I wasn’t planning on shopping for shoes today but I stopped in the Cole Hahn outlet store, And they had such a good selection of quality shoes I decided to take a pair. The first person I met was Kevin he told me about the discounts and the savings program then Darren came along and sold me a nice pair shoes. These guys know their business. My total came up to about $150 then Kevin reminded me if I spend another $50 that I would say $50 so I walked out of there with like 10 pairs of designer socks for free. I recommend stopping in And giving this place a try. And a quick note to the upper management Kevin and Darren deserve a raise.!! I say this because they made you $167 that you would not have received. The only reason I bought the shoes or should I say the only reason I decided to give the shoes to try is because of the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge Of these two guys. Good job Kevin and Darren

The after Christmas sale was amazing. Employees were friendly and helpful!

Employees are hawkish. They are practically like used car salesmen as soon as you walk in and then again every few minutes, even when you tell them "I'm just looking" and hoping they will stop pestering you. I had to end up leaving because how uncomfortable I felt. I really liked some of the shoes, but I didn't have time to try any on. I will just order on Amazon.

I love Cole Haan Little Rock! Kevin is the best - he’s friendly, helpful and courteous. He interacts well with all his customers. You feel valued and welcome as soon as you enter. Definitely my favorite shoe shopping destination in Arkansas.

Today I came into Cole Haan at the last minute to get shoes for an Interview and I was met by Kevin. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Halfway through the interaction, Darren came in and made some wonderful suggestions. Long story short, I left with 4 pair!!

Great customer service and the shoe selection is great. They have the newest styles or similar to what you find in stores but more. Kevin and Darren were really friendly and made sure I found the right size and helped guide me to shoes that fit my style. Also, be sure to check out the clearance rack in the back.

We always have a great experience at this Cole Haan store. Each time we go there, Kevin, the store manager, is very helpful, kind and welcoming. Today, Mr. McKinnes patiently and gracefully assisted my mother notoriously difficult customer with her purchase. Came here looking for a casual, yet sleek pair of shoes. I was not disappointed! Kevin steered me in the right direction and I'm very happy with these beauties
