Coleman's Wrecker Service

This morning Ricky towed my 2021 International LT625 from the Pilot in LaPlace, to ITA International in Elmwood. He was professional and was excellent maneuvering through the city streets towing my truck and 53' reefer grossing at 68,000 pounds. The ride was smooth and everything inside my truck was right the way I left it. Services: Vehicle purchasing

Had my truck stolen 2 week ago out of the front of my apartment. Police was able to find it, but it had no wheels. So they had it towed by this company when they found it. So I called this place after I got the form 5 more days after it was towed to see if my truck is still there. A woman pick up and said quote “if the insurance didn’t pick it up and someone else didn’t pick it up then its probably still here.” End quote. Like thanks that was super helpful! Then I ask is it going to cost anything for it being there I don’t know why it’s should, I didn’t ask for my truck to be stolen or towed there. but anyways she tells me $224 for the first day then 24 a day. I can understand the $24 a day but not the 224!! Then before I could finish what I was saying she hung up in my face! I recommend no one ever use this service like ever. Never ever!I know a way better guy than what ever you call this place. Just read the other reviews, they had problems with this company as well.

STAY AWAY from this place. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. You DO NOT wanna do business with them. They love to bill you for stuff that will not make sense to you. Why? Because they can.

They park their giants trucks on our residential street. I'll never use them/bad neighbors. Make houses shake.

This was the worst job I ever had in my life. They don’t pay overtime but they want you to work 7 days a week then they change the prices that they pay you versus the price they charge the customer. I ended up quitting after I got a bunch of experience. They will hire anybody though so if you’re on parole go for it.

Horrible service. Call anyone but this company if you need a tow. The lady working at the time hung up in my face 3 times when I requested to have my money back after the cops got to the scene of my breakdown and told me my car was drivable an that I did not need a tow. She hung up in my face an asked me to stop calling back to see if I would get my money back. Horrible service.

Worst towing company I ever heard of. Lack of work. Asked them did they have my car and they said no until they finally decided to get off there fat a## to see that they do have my car. Wouldn't recommend there service even if it was free.
