Great fast responses when setting up the babysitting services. We had Rosa assigned to our 15 month old, she was very professional, responsive and punctual. Super grateful for Rosa as she was kind to our family. It feels very odd and worrisome to leave your baby with a new person, but it was super safe and wonderful experience

So happy we found this nanny service! We originally used them in 2019 when I just needed a nap and didn’t know what to do with my 2.5 year old. I called the concierge who swiftly put me in touch with this nanny service. Ella was amazing and brought toys for my son to play with while we napped and gambled a bit. Definitely not something we could have done without this amazing service! Fast forward to this year we had a business trip coming up in Vegas again and was happy to be placed with Ella again! She was available for dates we needed which was a few nights here and there and even an overnight so we could sleep in the next morning! It was amazing! When we needed a sitter on the fly and Ella wasn’t available, they sent us Sausha! Another gem! They’re patient, kind, and I can over hear them teaching the kids great lessons. Highly recommend this service for any parent needing some time to themselves. My kids both loved Ella and Sausha and asked if they would get to see their “aunties” again. Hopefully yes next year!

We had a great experience with this service. This was our first time going away with our 7 month old and our first time letting someone else watch him. I wasn’t too sure at first because it takes him time to warm up with others even relatives but he warmed up pretty quickly with Amber! I immediately felt relieved, he was so happy and content with her!! She communicated great the entire time and also kept a diary of everything he did and times. She was also able to stay longer without hesitation when we asked her. She even left us thank you cards and some toys for the baby, that was really sweet and thoughtful of her. We liked her so much. Next time we go back to Vegas we are definitely requesting her again!! Thanks so much Amber!!!

We have used Nannies and Housekeepers for several years and really don't know what we would have done without them. At times we've used them 3-5 times a week and always feel safe with the Nannies they send us. I think overall parents want to know our children are in safe and in good care, that has certainly been our experience.

I have worked with Sarah, Wendy and Justin on two occasions and have nothing but positive things to say! Sarah was professional, responsible and thoughtful in sourcing our childcare needs. In both instances, our request was highly specialized - we had a specific language requirement in one case and were looking for a newborn care specialist in another case. I’m not sure where she found such wonderful people to work with our family, but she somehow worked her magic. Our children have excellent, loving caregivers. I would work with Sarah again in a heartbeat for any of my household needs. She truly understands what each family is looking for and delivers the highest level of service.

I’ve never posted a review. Ever! But there’s a first time for everything. I called to find out information regarding permanent housekeeping employment. The girl who answered wasn’t able to answer any of my questions. Said she would ask and get back to me. Mind you these were simple questions. I wanted confirmation of how they’re pricing worked. She didn’t know at all! Anyways she never got back to me. So I called back after never receiving a follow up. The next girl I talked to basically told me to pay the $150 consulting fee so they can start the search and then follow up with me after. So I paid it! Now 2 weeks later no one has called or emailed any info. And oddly enough no one has answered any of my calls since I paid. At this point! It’s been weeks of me hunting them down to pay them money? Seems backwards! And I’m starting to wonder if this is even a real business. Or just a scam company? Guess I’ll be calling Amex to contest the charge because it’s fraudulent. I’ve paid and haven’t received anything. It’s the principle not the money. Pretty terrible experience!
