Coller J Ochsner, MD

Dr. Ochsner was so friendly and efficient. She gave me a full look over and zapped several spots with the freeze gun. She told me to how to care for it and to make sure I put sunscreen over it so it doesn't come back so soon. She seems so sincere and was very personable. I felt really good about the visit and will go back.

Dr. Ochsner is caring and skilled. I have been a satisfied patient since 1983. She takes time to explain issues, treatments, and medications. Her patients are more than just a number or a 15 minute charge. I wouldn’t trust my care to anyone else.

I’ve had a few visits over the years and quality of care has gotten worse every visit. You might get 5 minutes at most to talk to Dr Coller Ochsner before she runs out the door to the next patient. The attention to me, her patient, is lacking and every visit I’m rushed out the door which is careless and rude. The service is expensive and quality of care is poor.

Shysters! They just take your $$$. Have been multiple times spending lots of $$ for no results. Then I had an 5min appointment scheduled for a Monday morning and Sunday night I got a high fever During COVID. I could not get out of bed or make the appointment on Monday morning. I talked with a guy who treated me like trash on the phone saying policy is 24hrs notice and they are charging me $75 for no show for a 5min appointment. I had a note with proof I was sick and the guy said that doesn't matter. They just want your $$$$$. They do not care about you at all.

I met doctor oschner waiting for our plane n we sat together n talked for several hours. I loved her attitude n how easy it was to talk to her. I then went to her for some procedures n was extremely satisfied with the results. I’m returning again n will use Dr Ochsner for all my dermatology needs. Love her

So, I just got a bill from them asking for $50 for no show fee. I would have accepted this charge if I got a reminder call or something. I did not get a call. Nothing. This was an appointment made months ago, and life happens, I have other things to deal with, so I forgot about it. They should have called. Edit: They keep harrassing me for the no show up fee. I keep calling them and sending them letters about my reasoning that I will not pay. DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE!!!! They are the worst! I am considering to hire an attorney

While I love Dr. Ochsner, I often have problems with the staff. There is only one person on the staff, a long-time employee, who seems at all concerned and she is not always there when I visit. The younger staff members are often rude when you call and very unhelpful. I just got off the phone with my cancer insurance company who needed paperwork from Dr. Ochsner's office as I am having surgery this week. The young woman who answered the phone basically refused to handle it. I told her what the company needed and was prepared to give the fax number, but she refused. Two years ago I had a biopsy and after a week I had still not heard from the office. I called and was told it was not in. I called a week later and nothing. At three weeks my call was met with, "Look, lady, it comes in when it comes in!" and was hung up on. I did not get the results for six weeks and the biopsy was positive! When I went in for treatment, I informed the only nice staff member who said that the younger staff members were sometimes a problem. The staff in a doctor's office is the face of that practice. It is too bad that this terrific doctor is not surrounded by a better group of employees.

This was truly one of the most professional, down-to-earth and pleasant doctor's that I have ever dealt with in my life. On my very first visit she came into the room examined my concerns and then actually TOOK A SEAT and asked me if there were any of other concerns that I wanted to talk about. She was very professional, informative, personable and actually looked me in the eyes while talking about my concerns as if she truly cared which I can tell she did. Her office was stocked full of information on MANY different types of procedures from medical to cosmetic. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Ochsner and her staff!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Coller is by far one of the absolute best medical doctors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Dr. Coller is brilliant as well as kind, patient, and thorough. Dr. Coller actually took the time to listen and hear my voice and, finally with her help is treating and healing what years of specialists and other doctors missed. Dr. Coller and her staff are asaving grace and, the very best of what the medical community has to offer!!

I went for one mark on my nose just to make sure it was not cancer, she spent five minutes, talked fast, clearly ready to move to the next patient froze the mark on my nose and that was it, it took two weeks to heal she missed a spot I called they asked me if she missed a spot I said yes I made the appointment I went in and I had to pay again for her mistake. I will not go back and I do not recommend them when I explained she missed a spot she talked over me and said if it grows back you have to pay again and I said it did not grow back it was from two weeks ago where you missed a spot and she repeated herself, if it grows back you have to pay again.
