I recently moved to the area and I attempted to try this cleaners out yesterday around 2pm. From the time I walked in, the front desk clerk was unpleasant. Her demeanor was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. After the 3rd eye roll and grunt, I opted to leave. The entire interaction seemed like I was bothering her. The cleaners may be good but I won’t know due to poor customer service.
The employer there is very rude. I just dropped off my clothes and I hope they do well but I'm never coming back here and FYI this was my first time there. Never again because the lady was very rude and petty it's a shame
Excellent customer service. First time using this cleaners and I will go back now to have more items cleaned. The woman who helped me the times I was there was named Crystal and I just love her. She does her job exceptionally well. I can only wish all businesses had someone as diligent as her. My pillows were actually not ready on the day it was supposed to be and she kept saying I’m going to find out why. It seems it was because they had been working to get a stain out they couldn’t. I can appreciate that. I also wasn’t upset about it not being ready when it was supposed to be it’s pillows not the end of the world. As long as I live in the area I’m a customer!
I will never go there again. They have young employees that don't know what they are doing. They shrunk a Polo shirt & told me that Polo shirts shrink & it is on Polo's website?? It is clear that they are clueless. They just don't want to pay me for my shirt. That is bad business when you refuse to take responsibility for what you have done wrong!! I have spoken with three different employees today about the situation. I never received an apology for them messing up!

They replaced a zipper on my jeans and it fell off but since the alterations person quit they said there’s nothing they can do Edit to reply to response: I was just there no more than an hour ago and was told that by the employee. I was given a number to call “Shelby” and that person said they could put Shelby on, but I would be told the same thing…that it would be a new service fee and the work isn’t guaranteed after three months. I had the zipper put on last year and paid 20$ so I’m going to try to find someone that will guarantee their work Service: Alterations
The clothing I wanted dry cleaned has never been washed in a washer machine, but for a some strange reason coming from a dry cleaner my clothing now has little lent balls none of the stains we’re removed, clothing not even fully dry! Still damp from being washed! Smh! Worst dry cleaner in the world!
Had an issue where the shirts I picked up were extremely wrinkled. I reached out to the store management and asked for a refund for these as I am going to have to them redone. Never heard anything back from the manager and unfortunately will not be back to them for future needs. I am in a customer driven business and understand mistakes happen but making things right only takes a phone call. ****Update**** I received a call from the store offering to refund for two of the seven items I had cleaned. To be fair this was all I wanted and very happy they reached out to take care of this issue.
Dirty laundry? Do yourself a favor, go see my girl Blanche at the Longcreek location. I was scheduled to depart at 5:00am for a business endeavor, at 6:45pm I realize that my 'gameday' suits and shirts were still at the cleaner, you know, the one that closes at 6:30pm.... Enter panic mode! I called expecting to get VM, but was greeted by the sweet sound of Blanche's voice. I tell her my story and without a moments hesitation she said, "Ok, I will call and tell them that I'm going to stay and wait for you." I arrived around 7:15pm and there sat Blanche, she flashed me a big smile as soon as I walked in and had all of my effects ready to go. She always remembers me, my starch preferences and never ends an encounter without telling me to have a great day! Other reasons you need to be using the Collins Cleaners service line: This place has their business hat on. If I could buy stock or a franchise, I would! Try them, you'll see. Family owned. One of their daughters also works at the Longcreek location. Clean and tastefully decorated waiting/pickup lobbies. Fast Turn-around times. Competitively priced. They also offer a home pick-up and delivery service.
