Brought 4 shirts to be laundered, 2 of which are FDNY uniform shirts in preparation for 9/11 No price given at drop off. Requested 2 boxed for the ceremony, two for home. All four were boxed and they wanted $27. In should have read all the other bad reviews prior to dropping my shirts. Will not be back.
I've never had a problem here. Quick turnaround all my clothes seem to come back nicely cleaned. Negative reviews seem to be from random disgruntled people and shouldn't be used to judge this business based on my experience.
Recently moved to the mint Hill area within the last year from fort Mill. A representative for Collins cleaners came by my house three to four times trying to get my business. Because he was such a nice gentleman and we sit and talk for several hours throughout the times I decided to give them a try. I took a brand new Polo hoodie that I only wore one time and the colors bled on the hoodie. I've dealt with American dry cleaners in Charlotte and regent dry cleaners in fort Mill for several years and have never had this issue. I waited for the past 2 months to finally be in contact with the owner/manager only to tell me there's nothing that they could do. This is just horrible service. I will never use Collins dry cleaners again and it's a waste of $175 I spent on the hoodie
Absolutely horrible! The lady there has the poorest customer service skills and just focused on herself and her child sitting the the back. I called confirmed a time I could drop off an item for next day pick up. I arrived 20 mins earlier than what I was told and she simple said "My truck is here, you cannot drop off." What a waste of my time and the worst way to treat a customer especially after calling to confirm. I know this industry isn't known for an exceptional customer experience but I certainly didn't expect to get lied to.
I was wondering if Collins has a special on comforter cleaning in March as they normally do. They do a great job at an affordable price.
This place is trash. Instead of having my clothes dry cleaned here, I’d rather wash them with a rusty wash board in my backyard while it’s raining, than to come here ever again because their customer service is horrific. If there was an award for treating people like dirt they would get first place.

They offer home pick up and delivery! Wow!
Lady there is rude. Not helpful at all. I would go to a different cleaners all together. I wouldn't recommend even if I was in a pinch.
