HISTORY
Established in 1931

With 4 generations of Collins' now involved, we are proud to say we are one of the oldest family owned and operated company in the state. Collins Pharmacy was started in 1931 by Tom Collins Sr. We continued to grow in our success in 3 different locations on Fairfield Avenue in Black Rock, expanding each with each move. Tom Collins Jr. graduated from UCONN as a registered Pharmacist in 1954, then Jack Collins in 1975. The two then started Collins Medical shortly thereafter. And the rest, as they say, is history.
