Colonial Parking

$16 for the day on the weekend, very close to the mall. Would recommend.

Worst place ever its not too bad it just they allow double parking and the person didn't leave the key but we were stuck and can't get out so now we have to wait for a tow truck.

I was a monthly parker here for 4 months then cancelled. It took me 3 months to get a refund for 2 days I had to pay at the beginning of my monthly parking before my key card was activated. The employees and customer service are incompetent and scammers. Do not park here.

Conveniently located parking garage. Very odd, confusing pedestrian entry/exit through unrelated theater though. It isn't immediately clear how to pay for parking either. Most garages have a kiosk...but the only one available looked to be out of order. Had to use CC at exit.

Close to everything but as is all parking in DC, it's expensive

great location but smelly trash at entrance and used stairs to find out was very wet and had to be cautious going up and down stairs.

The guy working there was a prick.

Pathetic staff. It has been over 2 hrs and I have been stuck due to long queue to get my car out. I complained to the front exit staff and he was so arrogant and very slow in service. Never ever park your car in this parking lot.
