Fraudulent company - do not use. They charged me twice during the month of November and despite multiple attempts to explain this to their customer service my attempts were denied. Do not use under any circumstances- my next step is better business bureau

We Noticed that the ticket had the wrong time on it. We came in garage at 7:27am and ticket says 6:27am. We left at 9am and instead of paying the 2 hour rate we were charged the 4 hour rate and we were only in garage for 1-1/2 hours. Guess this is a good way for you guys to make more money.

on June 30, 2019 i stayed in Willard Intercontinental Hotel Washington DC and their valet attendant has cared for my car. They have damaged my car front bomber and also scratches the side and intentionally hide it with a touch paint so that i would not notice. I was limited with time checking my car considering i though that they are professional to take responsibility and at least give me a decency that they damage my car. after a car wash and a visit to my mechanic 4 weeks that is when i notice this damage. my car was never been damage nor anyone driven my car except them. i filed a claim#60383 waited for 1 week only to find out that they are spinless crocked company and doesn't take responsibility! i spoke to Samuel Mukasa who deny any damage! This company doesn't deserve to be in business let alone drive and park your car.

This garage is AWFUL. Was in town for a work event and had a work credit card ONLY and when we went to pay, our credit card was rejected. We then called the parking assistant, who by the way: TERRIBLE attitude, was not helpful at all. We explained that this was our only card and had to put this expense on the card for work purposes, but the parking attendant was RUDE and MOCKED us. Luckily a good Samaritan offered to pay and invoice us so we were able to ESCAPE this SCAM. Do NOT trust this company. If I could give zero stars....I WOULD!

Despite other reviews the staff was very friendly. Cost was cheap $28 for over night, Hotels will charge around$50 $15 after 4pm or $24 all day. don't park here for only 2hrs looking for a deal, that will cost you $22. Clean didn't smell and no need to look for a kiosk to pay. it's right at entrance. would park here again ;

Everytime I did a prepay on the website, it billed me for the correct number of days, but showed one less day on the confirmation. Multiple times! Avoid!

Dont EVER park in there garage on H street in dc. Not.knowing because they dont make it very clear I parked in that garage and went to a venue two blocks away. Upon returning all of there access doors to the garage would not scan my ticket for entry. When calling there number listed, i was basically told there was nothing they could do for me and now Im spending 100 dollars on a lyft to get home. If youre going to operate a business that is going to hold peoples vehicles hostage and leave them stranded you should make that 100% clear before hand. The business model is CRIMINAL and they should be ashamed of themselves. Dont ever park there EVER.

I paid for a parking spot reservation in Washington DC, when I arrived the valet informed me there were no available spaces. I ended up driving around for 15 minutes and parking about 1/2 mile further away and paying more. I emailed Colonial Parking the next day and was issued a refund for my reservation through them. No apology, no future credit, or offer to reimburse me for the additional parking expenditures. I could have just disputed the charges with my credit card if I thought a refund was a satisfactory resolution. I suggest considering alternative companies for parking needs.

Charged me twice so I paid $50 in parking for 4 hours rather than $25 and then customer support doesn't want to answer ever....ridiculous

Do not use this garage! They do not have signs out to let you know when they close! They do not answer the phone for assistance after closing. My friend and I had to Uber back and now she has to come back for her car. This is the worst garage I’ve ever been too. Such a huge inconvenience. If you come to the waterfront please do not use this garage. They are money hungry and plain ruthless. Do not park here false advertisement! No signs at all.
