Paul was the agent who sold us an investment home for our son to live in while he attended college. We found that Paul's knowledge of investment property surpassed that of other realtors who had shown us properties near our university. His company also does property management, so when our son eventually leaves for new horizons, we can rent our property through Paul, knowing that his company will manage it well and that we will have additional income to finance our retirement.
