Suggesting that the problem is caused by me improperly raising my blinds? Really?! Unfortunately I still had to pay to have my blinds re-repaired. But I'm much happier with the materials and workmanship I purchased from 'Inside-Out Interior Decor' in Ft Collins. Original review follows. Feel free to read CO Blinds response and judge for yourself. vvvvvvvvvvvv Poor work quality re-stringing our accordion blinds. Strings twisted and tangled shortly after first use and then broke 7 months later. When we took them back for repair they insisted on charging us even more to have them restrung than what we paid the first time. $160 to re-do work that wasn't done right the first time and only lasted 7 months. Very unsatisfactory service and support.

We had replaced all of our windows and thus needed new window treatments. A process I dreaded because we have so many windows. We did the whole house in 2 phases. In the end, it was a painless process with Colorado Blinds & Design. Judy & her staff are awesome to work with and Tom did a fabulous job with the installation. We are very pleased with the whole project. I always make sure to mention CB&D when I tell people about our project. They are very professional, knowledgeable and have quality products! Colorado Blinds & Design recently installed blinds for me and I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process. Judy offered solutions that are both beautiful and functional for my window covering needs. Tom, the master installer did a great job getting everything just right including a return trip to take care of a small manufacturing detail that needed correcting. Really appreciate the followup Tom!
