Shane was very friendly, professional and great to work with! We had issues getting some of the parts due to supply chain, but Shane got it resolved quickly during a very busy time of year. He was also very patient with answering all of my questions. We absolutely love our new fireplace! It looks beautiful and keeps our home cozy.

He's a hard worker and does his best to make sure the fireplaces are well cared for, working correctly and clean. He takes pride in his work. He's great!

I contacted 3 companies to fix and tuneup my two fireplaces. Two of the companies were booking 3 weeks out and one wanted $520. Shane was in my house in 2 days and charged $220. He’s polite. He cleans up the site. He was even nice to my dog. Great service! We’re excited to have our gas fireplace back for the winter.

Shane was terrific! He arrived on time, is knowledgable, VERY tidy and seems to have done an excellent job of servicing our fireplaces!!!! I will also add that He is very nice! We LOVE this company. The owner Shane was amazing. He was quick to respond and he was at our house fixing our gas fireplace and lights within a few hours. He is so knowledgeable, honest, kind and affordable too. Our gas fireplace works better than it ever has and it's nice to have outdoor lights again. His work goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend using this company for any home repairs or installs you might need.
