The customer service was very respectful and courteous! The mechanic contacted me personally regarding the towing of my vehicle and kept me updated every chance he was able too. Even though the repairs were required to be preformed by the GMC dealership I still recommend this repair shop to all that are looking for a great mechanic shop. My first impression of this mechanic was wonderful when I spoke to them on the phone. I took my car in and I said that I needed someone to look at it and I didn’t know what was wrong with it and I just automatically felt this oh yes let’s get you into the store we’re gonna make money off you so I said my husband was on his way so he can speak with them and then they proceeded to basically not even want to talk to me and that is a red flag straight away because I’m a woman who is starting a new job and I just want a mechanic that will not rip me off as a woman and I don’t know why it’s so hard to find that. But I will not be going back there because they did not make me feel comfortable at all unfortunately

A+. They spotted a simple fix and had me ready to go in 4 hours. Most shops were booking 1 - 2 weeks out. They also have tamales

Had an urgent problem about a month ago and they quickly got my car running within a day of the issue. Hassan was knowledgeable, thorough, and fair with what I needed done. No problems with what needed fixing, will definitely be returning my business here.

This place is amazing, I needed a starter and they installed it right away for a good price. Mario is a very nice mechanic. He is honest and friendly. If you need help with your car go there it’s good place

Called for an estimate on parts and laber. The guy who answered the phone provided a decent price so I decided to make an appointment for the next day. I called back to confim warranty on parts and labar along with cost And he mentioned he needed to call the company where he buys the part to confirm the cost of the part and he immediately hung up. I was confused and thought he already had the estimate. I called a third time and immediately he got upset and yelled he was extremely busy and I was wasting his time and to not call back. I guess I'm not taking my car in the for the repair. Would not recomend.
