The security guard had me stand in the lobby for 30 minutes to accomplish something that should have taken 30 seconds. I told her what I was there to do I was there yesterday I know what room to go to and yet she still had me stand around to wait for nobody. She stated she tried to contact the point of contact several times but was unable to get a hold of her. So I called her on my phone and got a hold of her within a few rings. Not sure who she was trying to call oh, maybe this was her first day. And the worst part of it all is they were expecting me at exactly noon BY APPOINTMENT. So when I arrive for my appointment, and you're not ready for me, it's not cool. Im now late for my next appointment.
They don't pick up the phone, ever. A state government service that is likely understaffed, like everything else. Way to go, Colorado.
Spamming my phone with invasive texts? Pretty sure this violates HIPPA.
Impossible to speak to a live person and after 7 calls and waiting on hold for a very long time, no one could answer my question. Horrible service
What kind of place does it answer their phone and you guys provide legal documentation that people need somebody has to be able to answer the phone
What are you guys going to do about the bed bugs at the HomeTowne Studios Denver - Airport/Aurora
Crazy as it sounds, they were very helpful. I got transferred around a few times but they got me to the people who could help quickly. Brittany was very kind and helpful and really went above and beyond the call of duty. She even kept me on the line while she looked into my question, so I didn't have to sit on hold. Plus I got a call back from Debbie the next day to follow up.
Customer service terrible and they have bed bugs at lots of hotels in Colorado gross and rating zero!!
Troy and the team are unbelievably helpful, responsive, and visionary. My wife and I are from back east where dealing with the government can be such a headache. I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air it's been working with the state of Colorado's Health Department. They'll really take the time to listen to the situation, and find a solution that both mitigates risk while simultaneously finding an innovative solution.
My doctor exam date at the Arrive Care Clinic in Denver, Colorado was on May 05, 2019. As a new resident, I'm disappointed in the service exchange between clinics to the state. One would think the state would have this organized as long as medical marijuana has been legalized. I called to get assistance for an application issue and I COULDN'T get a real person or even have the option to wait. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and maybe it's like other parts of the government----UNORGANIZED!!!! Shame our tax dollars pay for this and it's important, it's our health involved... Meanwhile the Department of Colorado Health are like---"we do the best we can, we don't care." I can tell because NO ONE has responded to the TERRIBLE reviews, sounds like I need a management position to fix things. I blame the manager of the facility!! It's not what I expected from one the LEADING legalized marijuana state, in my opinion. UPDATE ON REVIEW: **06/18/2019 Application Complete It took over a month from this initial review to now, over a license being expired!! It wasn't suppose to take this long, but will give you the following advice: FIRST make SURE your information is put in by the CLINIC you started your application CORRECTLYI had to call and correct my information to continue my application, if your application is denied--check patient notification tab on the top screen for notes from the employees of the state, if you have to take a photo of your license--take it outside or in a VERY bright room for extra light, make sure, and read the doctor's notes for plant cultivation section normally it's 6:2. My advice for a speedy and smooth application process, what takes regular people about 3 days took me almost 45 days--errors on my end because I was new to the process and UNRELIABLE communication by the state. They did attempt to call---when I WAS AT WORK!!!! How convenient for me!!! I did give Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment an extra star, because my application is complete!! Prayer does work!!! Thank you CDPHE!!!
