All the staff I spoke to were very helpful and moved my application in a timely manner, and always followed up if things were going to be a little slow. Great communication and friendly service! Devastating experience; no resolution. The service offered from CEF are wonderful if only they were achievable for all. Acknowledgement is equity for minority operated businesses. I pray others have their opportunities acknowledged; sometimes that's all that matters.

Through my own experience with this company, my intention is to inform those whom are seeking a business loan through the untraditional process to seek elsewhere. This is not untraditional lending; meaning the same criteria for a traditional bank loan apply here at CEF! I would've preferred for them to be honest in the beginning and telling it was not possible rather than string me along and lie giving me false hope! While I am disheartened and they have wasted nearly 2 months of my time; I must move on in Faith and Trust in God! This company is not in alignment with whom they say they are and what they do which is very problematic!!

I am still amazed! CEF helped me secure funding for my new business in April. During the loan process, the staff was helpful and very efficient. When I closed on my loan is when the real value became evident. Not only do they assist with funding, but they provide business services to support success within my small business. My business advisor, Andy, has been so very helpful in providing guidance and ensuring that I have all necessary resources available, so my business can thrive.
