Dr Kowalczyk and his team were amazing throughout the entire process. I went in to get my deviated septum corrected with a few cosmetic corrections as well. I am so happy with how my nose is looking 10 months post op. It looks super natural and my breathing has definitely improved. They were always there to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. Great experience overall. I definitely would recommend!!

Dr. Imola is a true facial artist. I have no regrets, except not doing it sooner!!! If you're thinking about a neck lift/mini lift which is what I had, stop wondering whether to to do. You're in great hands with this surgeon and his incredible staff!!

Dr. Kowalczyk performed a facial fat transfer on me recently, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! I was drawn to the procedure because of its longevity 5-10 years and because it’s all natural using my own body fat. I look rejuvenated, more youthful, and much less gaunt and tired. At 48 years old, I’m a very active, slender person, and I had lost much of the youthful fat in my face over the years. My cheeks are once again plump and supple, but not in any way overdone. And my skin just glows! Dr. K. listened closely to what my goals and hopes were, and boy did he deliver! Throughout the whole process I knew I was in the most capable and caring hands!!

I went to Dr Imola for Facial Fat transfer procedure. I was mainly concerned about coming out of the situation looking "fake" or unnatural. The process of recovery for this treatment was long but I liked working with Dr Imola especially on the second round of injections and deciding just how much more fat to inject. I love the result and the long lasting benefits of this procedure and appreciate Dr Imola who cares about the result but also did just enough adding to my cheekbones a little and still looks natural. I would recommend this process to anyone who can sacrifice a little short term down time for long term beautiful results.

Dr. Kowalczyk is great! I highly recommend this place. He has an artists eye when it comes to the facial procedures. So glad I decided to move forward with my genioplasty with him! The team and doctors here are awesome and they made me feel very comfortable.

The perfect experience with unbelievable natural results. Dr. Imola is a true artist and he fully exceeded my expectations. Lisa, his wonderful coordinator was a key player throughout my whole journey as well, from my consultation to my last post-op. I was so nervous about everything, mainly having an unnatural looking result. My areas of concern were my upper eyelids and lower face/jawline. What I appreciate about Dr. Imola is he took his time to listen and address my questions and concerns. He cares about his patients and it shows. I love my results and feel more confident in my appearance. My only regret it not doing it sooner. If you're on the fence...just do it! I would absolutely, without hesitation recommend Dr. Imola. 5 stars all day!

I love the work Dr David Kowalczyk does! I get Dysport for wrinkle prevention & sometimes a little filler and it looks TOTALLY NATURAL! Great results, minimal to no bruising - highly recommend.

I write this review not only to thank Dr. K but to help other patients searching for a plastic surgeon. I've had not personal but professional experience in this area and knew from my initial consults with Dr. K. my out come would be the best I could possibly hope for. After a fairly complicated procedure for a large facial melanoma my results were better than I hoped. Dr. K's knowledge, care and time went right into face. I am 9 months post op from a 5th revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Imola and I couldn’t be happier. He honestly gave me my life back and I am forever grateful. I had a combined 4 previous surgeries with two different doctors. The first 3 were minor tipplasties and the 4th was a major one that went really wrong. I was left with a wide/flat and droopy looking nose that I couldn’t breath out of and the cartilage was so deformed that I kept getting infections. Living with this mistake consumed my life and made me miss out on so many great moments. Rhinoplasty is the most complicated cosmetic procedure, especially revisions, and while I knew it’d be a huge risk, I just wanted my life back. I did hours of research trying to find someone to help, and after consulting with 6 doctors all over the country, I decided on Dr. Imola. I met with him multiple times because I was so nervous but he was so accommodating and understanding. He was a lot different than other doctors in that I feel like he under promises but over-delivers. I did not expect a perfect nose and was just looking for some improvement but he gave me more than I could have ever hoped for. The surgery was long but he takes the time to get things right. He used my own rib graft and fascia to rebuild and resupport my nose. Not only can I breathe better than before but it also looks amazing. My family and friends cannot believe what a good job he did considering what he had to work with. Everyone at the office is amazing as well. Lisa was always more than accommodating to all my questions and would always check up on me. While I wish I really understood the risks before I had any surgery so I made better choices the first time around, I am truly grateful to Dr. Imola for the work he did. He doesn’t really advertise and isn’t a fan of social media which I think speaks a lot to his good character but he is very talented and skilled at what he does.
