They were compassionate and fair in working with us to rectify the issue we had with a van my mom had purchased from them 8 months prior. When we made them aware of the situation, they were open and willing to make it right and provide a van that was affordable and just what my mom needed. Overall great experience with Colorado Fleet and Mobility. Purchased a couple minivans with ramps to use for work. Have typically used full-size vans with power lifts but have grown tired of the amount of repairs that come with them. Did a lot of research and thought CFM looked pretty reputable. Both vans were sold as is, which is fine. Decent price. Had a few issues with one of them, but overall thrilled with the purchases. Every so often I check back to see what else they have in their inventory. The process was pretty easy and quick. They answered all my questions and were quick with responses.

As a widow in my 60s, I do not enjoy car shopping. My late husband always took care of such matters for me. I recently had to purchase a 'new to me' used vehicle for cash. I let Justin McMinn know what I was looking for a few weeks ahead of when I needed to take possession. He found me a 'cream puff' that met my seating capacity, cargo storage, and price expectations. The best part was when I went to look at what he had found for me, I actually could choose from two different vehicles with similar mileage and price. He recommended to me the one he thought best, and I purchased it. I was in and out of his dealership in under two hours - including test driving and paperwork! He was a gentleman of integrity with excellent people skills and extensive vehicle knowledge. I high recommend this business!

My brother recently went into a wheelchair and we needed a vehicle to fit his needs.The staff at Colorado Mobility where great to us. Professional, knowledgeable and just nice to deal. We purchased a fine automobile at a fair price. We will always keep them in mind anytime we purchase another vehicle.

We purchased a power ramp equipped van from this dealer approx 3 weeks ago. At the time I asked if we could take it to our mechanic for a check out at our expense. They said no, they have certain requirements that they as a dealer preform and we had to buy it "as is." We did buy it and immediatly we had major failure with the door/ramp mechanisim. The dealer would not help and acknowledged they never tried to operate the van with a person in a power chair entering the van. The door and ramp work perfectly when there is no weight, but completely fail when used by a power chair. I have experinced having the side door slide open 3 times while driving. I took it to a reliable ADA repair facility and had it fixed, at great expense. While repairing the van they showed me MAJOR rust damage on the entire underside. This rust could cause catastrophic damage resulting in the engine bolts failing. This dealer refused to accept any responsibilty and would not offer any help. My advice, stay away from them and only deal with NMEDA members. Continuing my review: my friend who actually purchased this van is an American with Disability, she could not go with me when I bought this for her. This van is useless to her as it is not safe to drive and ride in. I spent well over one thousand dollars trying to get the ramp/door repaired. Ultimatley the major problem is massive rust covering the entire bottom of the van floor. The last repair shop told me they wouldn't attempt to repair, and it was extremely dangerous to ride , especially with the added weight of a power chair. My friend, Ms Hamilton, now owns a piece of junk and Colorado Fleet will not even consider buying this back for half price. This is so clearly taking advantage of a disabled person. As I stated in the previous post, I asked could I take this to a shop for inspection, and I was refused this request by Colorado Fleet. They assured me it was in "operating" condition, even though they had not tested it with a power chair entering and exiting. I did tell them what it would need to be capable of handling, ie: the extra weight of a power chair. This is in no way a smear, but the facts surrounding our experience with this company. BUYER BEWARE

Just wanted to thank all, especially Alex. I know its your job and all to do this work, but the van is perfect for Lydia and my wife. It's already making a difference in their lives, especially getting her to school, and your help in choosing the right vehicle was great. We also really appreciate you going above and beyond to follow up and locate the adapted spare tire for the van. Truely, many thanks.

The car had no power steering fluid or antifreeze! Car could have seized on way home. The air clicks when you put on cold air. The seatbelt alarms goes off continuously very annoying!!! Got no break on price due to all things wrong with car. I do think they do the best they can...still serious things overlooked like that not good.
