I used CHF to have an elliptical machine relocated. At the delivery point, while sizing up the elevator in my condo, CHF's truck was stolen, with my elliptical in it!!! Within minutes Chip was on property and assured me that he would work to make this right. With the truck still missing, Chip offered me a similar piece of equipment so that I could resume my lifestyle. The truck was eventually recovered with my elliptical in it! I was offered the option of keeping the equipment from CHF, or having my original switched out. The entire team at Colorado Home Fitness deserves a big shout out for commitment and reliability to their customers! Thank you.
Just bought a treadmill. Bought the echelon and saved money. Huge variety and affordable. Can choose between used or new. Place is kept clean. Professional staff. Can do pick up or delivery. Recommend this place for all your exercise at home equipment bikes, treadmills, weight lifting
This is a very nice store with lots of equipment to choose from. I knew I wanted a Life Fitness Elliptical or CrossTrainer as they call them. I've been using one at the Whitlock Rec Center for a long time and so when I walked in and I went right to those machines and got on each one until I found the one that felt the most like the commerical Life Fitness Machines. I've always liked the feel of these machines and prefer them over any of the other machines. I chose the E3 cross trainer with the Go Panel which is the cheaper panel option. I took the installation and about a week later two young fellows showed up with a big truck to install the machine for me. It took them a little less than an hour. One of them was the owners son and I was happy to see a such a pleasant young fellow working at the family business. After about a week I started to notice a clicking sound and I isolated it to the upper right swivel joint. I found that the cables were a wound a little to tight and I remembered asking the owners son if they shouldn't be a little tighter and so he made them a little tighter. If I'd kept my mouth shut I probably would have had no problems but it was interesting to troubleshoot the problem and get back to a quiet machine again so easily. I like being able to use it with Polar Strap. I like exercising at night with the lights off looking out the window but the Go Panel doesn't seem to be able to dim the display so I made a little mask overly for the display to cover up everything but the pulse, time and resistance and that works fine for me. I really like the machine and I like being able to get up in the morning and begin the day with an hour or so of exercise without having to drive to the rec center. I just purchased a Matrix U50. Nice machine and I enjoy watching videos of trailrides while I'm riding. I wrote a Google Web App so that I could watch videos off of a youtube playlist with just a simple touch of the screen. It's nice to be able to ride when it's snowing out without freezing your butt off.
Ryan was exceptional to work with. We purchased a piece of equipment that sold on consignment. The equipment functions very well however there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and Ryan and the ownership were quick to take care of it! They truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations-thank you! We will continue to be customers and highly recommend them to others!

What an excellent experience!!! Chad is very knowledgeable and a true professional. The showroom is immaculate and there are tons of machines to demo with absolutely no pressure to buy...even though we did. I can’t believe I was ever duped by an online retailer like Nordic Track when you can get a machine that’s triple the quality at or slightly above their price. Just my opinion but don’t waste your time online, shop local and get superior quality!!!
The purchase experience was good and easy however I really need to sing praises for CHF as it relates to need for support after the fact. The resistance on our elliptical stopped working and I called in and spoke to Paul. The conversation took all of about 3 minutes and he had me in touch with their repair team without any difficulty. Sky from thee repair group was quick to respond and able to help me get the issue resolved without need for dispatch. The follow up customer experience is often missed in today's world but this organization clearly still values the customer after getting the check.
We needed an elliptical as Covid made our usual trips to the YMCA off limits. I called Chad Hardwick at the Denver branch of Colorado Home Fitness Home Superstore as we wanted a Precor 222 and there are no outlets in Colorado Springs. What a great purchase experience! From ordering to confirmation to delivery, we were impressed by the customer service, knowledge, and courtesy we received. All my questions were answered by knowledgeable staff, and the delivery team was on time and considerate. I highly recommend Chad and Colorado Home Fitness!
I met the team of Colorado Home Fitness at a recent exposition. My wife and I had a great demonstration of the Inspire FT-1 fitness system. We liked it so much that we purchased it on the spot. Everything we were told was true. Chip's team did an excellent job of delivery and setup. His follow through was great. We love the equipment. Easy to use, a snap to transition during a routine and the Inspire App makes it so easy to workout at any level. I am totally comfortable recommending the equipment and Colorado Home fitness. Worked with Chad to get a squat rack and weight set for my basement during COVID. Understandably, there stock was depleted and and backordered due to COVID. I had to wait a few weeks to get everything, but was happy with the quality of the items I purchased. There was an issue with the order I didn't place the order with Chad and I let Chad know about it and he took care of it right away! A true professional and never felt pressured to by anything.
