Amazing rental service! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Extremely helpful with a practice setup, flexible pickup/drop off times, and gave great advise. I will be a return customer for equipment rentals!

I rented a couple of buses to transport guests to and from a wedding venue. I would say my experience was really so-so. Communication day-of with the couple of ladies driving the buses was pretty solid. They both reached out to confirm the times/places. However they had clearly not had proper instructions beforehand. I'm so thankful they reached out directly to clarify the details! Communicating with Ryan and the main folks was where I was less thrilled. Once I paid my deposit, it always took multiple emails and phone calls to get any response. I got the feeling they were understaffed, but it was frustrating and tough to build any confidence/trust in their service. TLDR: Day-of drivers were great, but the overall communication was stressful. Ultimately I wish I had gone with a different vendor.

NO SHOW! Monday, September 5th 2022 Completed contract, sent several texts & had a confirmation. Ryan was supposed to deliver the Karaoke machine 2 hours ago! Very disappointing birthday party for my son. Not answering phone or texting back. I'd like my deposit back!

Ryan was the DJ at an event that I catered at the Clocktower. First I must say it’s really refreshing to see a DJ show up with actual equipment and speakers components lighting etc. And the variety of music that he played had everybody up dancing there was old school that brought back memories and of course the current hits! And not only does he DJ but he also does a variety of other services so he’s a one stop shop for photography photo booth to name a few. I have already started recommending him to some of my current clients and will continue to do so!

Scheduled to go pick up rental equipment, drove 45 mins only to arrive to get the phone going straight to voicemail and no response to my text. Never heard back from them. Awful way to run a business, not dependable and would not count on them.

Horrible communication and customer service. After speaking with Ryan on the phone I was told to send an email and he would get back to me with an invoice. He never sent the invoice and when I reached back out as a reminder, I still got no response. Guess I’ll be renting from somewhere else….

Amazing experience! Ryan was incredibly helpful and professional. The sound system exceeded our expectations and made for an awesome wedding after party.

We rented a party bus with karaoke and Ryan was great. He was very responsive and accommodated all of our needs. Our driver Jovan was absolutely wonderful! I will absolutely use this company again!
