Johnny was awesome at helping me fit into boots with my feet issues! Super knowledgeable and knew exactly where the pain points were in my boots and made adjustments as we went through the process. After 45 minutes with him, he had me the most comfortable in ski boots I have ever been.
I love their kids ski equipment exchange program. The staff is so knowledgeable and great with my 3 kids who are all different levels of skiers. We made an appt for their exchange and it was a stress free process and my kids are excited about their equipment and the ski season!
My boyfriend and I both rented from epic mountain gear as well as return to buy boots, boards, and bindings. Each visit we were met with excellent customer service and loads of information as we are new to snowboarding. They really take the time to get the right fit fir you and your budget.
