I found some male underpants with my cleaned clothes and I am a woman so I am completely sure they are not mine. I had gone two other times before and everything was alright, the clothes were cleaned and the staff is nice. But now I wonder if all my clothes were returned or ended with someone else laundry. Only cash.

I love this place. Expert seamstress, effective cleaning, fast service. Very friendly. When I didn't have cash, she gave me my cleaning and told me I could pay the next day. In NEW YORK!

Jessica is fantastic! My husband's shirts always look great when they come back, they deliver the finished laundry to our doorman and the one time a button was lost, she replaced it next round with no problem.

Overpriced and very terrible cleaning. I firmly recommend not to use this laundry
