As a former dentist here I will say that the staff and doctors are very good and try their absolute best to treat patients to the utmost of their ability. That being said, the owner and manager of this company only see patients as dollar signs. These two people do everything in their power to force doctors to complete the most amount or work in the least amount of time at every visit, just to get the most amount of money. And all while providing these doctors a pathetically understaffed and under-supplied environment in which to work. Bottom line: go elsewhere.

I am so amazed at how gentle warm caring and knowledgable all of the staff and especially my doctor! She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable... she makes sure to explain everything to you pros and cons..I’m very happy to be a patient Colombia family dental..... I encourage anyone that has fear or anxiety or had bad experiences other places to give Columbia a chance ...bless Fredo

NOT RAN WELL AT ALL THEY will pull ur tooth an send you out mouth hurting no instructions or care my face has been swelling for five days already I called an was hung up on so have to take time I don’t have to try n get my face corrected before work seeing the line of work would be unprofessional to go an I already took two weeks out of work to get fixed! There was extra skin on my tooth she tried saying was infection but I saw that it was extra skin from her trying to snatch a tooth with no grip on it my gums sore .Hopefully I can receive care for my face or something they didn’t give oral mouth rinse I asked for as I was given prior tooth Extractions then she made sure she said not to take the pain medicine twice as if that was her way of which she accused or treated me like a User of Opioids Bcuz I asked for the right medicine oral rinse bcuz I had teeth pulled before!!! I feel bad for everyone in this situation having to deal with it myself as well SMH should’ve listened to all the Bad reviews I Seen before going

Do not be fooled. They are good with filings, cleanings, easy stuff etc. I had a tooth pulled and they left pieces of the tooth in my gums. The skin grew over the pieces and pain I was in. Back in forth with these knuckleheads for about a week went from taking a small bottle of Vicodin to leaving still in pain with a heavy script of oxycodone and antibiotics the heaviest. So not only do I become addicted to the oxy but I also lost most of my good bacteria because of the strong antibiotics. Worse time of my life. Finally I reached out to an oral surgeon at BOSTON MEDICAL who removed the pieces of tooth out of my gums and shaved down my jaw bone. Also the place is old and dirty. Blood stains on the wall very unsanitary. All Latin staff no diversity. Let’s get real simple low insurance low service. Never again I mean that.

Worse exoerience ever!! Their record keeping is aweful and they never know what you owe them. Furthermore once they THINK they know how much you owe them instead of a bill they sue you in court. Very sketchy office. Please beware.

I went there this past summer and waa very happy with the service and employees.they were very welcoming and helpful.after going home i was not 100 happy with my dentures and they said come in tomorrow.i went in told him what I was unhappy with and he fixed it immediately.... 5 mors od my friendz went after seeing what an amazing job they did and everyone of them were happy....

This place is nasty has bloody stuff on the floor it's so dirty seats are nasty I had to stand the entire time looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months looks dusty n raunchy I've been here waiting on my dad's dentures and 3 ppl already said they would never come back my dad's been waiting they made my dad's dentures look like he was going to a boxing match with a mouth hard lol wth n now he's waiting over 5 weeks to get the "NEW" fixed ones plz don't bring ur children here or anyone for that matter

I said i will give to his place 5 stars! My son is asking me : can you give it 50 stars ! ? That should tell you how happy we found this place

Front desk staff are unprofessional. They don't speak much English and don't understand what the PT are saying. They love mentioning there's not manager on duty.....there's always one.....hm....

They did my desires and they came out great! I get so many compliments.
