Very fast and efficient covid friendly so glad they are open and glad to have my fishing license for me and my wife although they have a new thing with if they don't come in person with you your wife you get a voucher and she has to shower ID at any location that does fishing license invalidated overall really good experience. All services are by appointment. It took a long time to get an appointment. On the day of my appointment it was really quick. I transferred title on my car and got tabs. I was in and out in about 15 minutes
Seeing people by appointment only. Very wise during Covid. Drop box for licence tabs, etc is nice though. Thank you.

I usually dread going to the DMV, but this was my first time at the Columbia Heights locations. They were so friendly and helpful. I wish I would have caught the name of the older gentleman that helped me, he really knew his stuff and helped me with a complicated situation.
They ask if u have an appt but take walk ins. Only waited 20min
